shitty customer service … went in as a new customer for t-mobile and got zero respect. girl who checked me out was a miserable bitch that was more interested in her own phone then helping me with mine … she clearly wanted to get out of there asap. but on the bright side I am satisfied with price on my new plan and my new iPhone

I was lured in by the advertisement of them releasing me from a contract and upgrading my phone. My monthly bill did go down but you pay for the phone you«upgrade» to. I traded in a 32g iPhone 5 and was given a 16g iPhone 5s for $ 600. I wondered why they couldn’t figure out how to transfer over all my pictures and released when I got home it was because my storage was full and they didn’t want to tell me because they knew I would walk out on the sale. When I called the store the sales associate laughed at me and told me they don’t carry 32g iPhones. It’s been 24. hours and I still can’t receive phone calls or text messages from anyone, when I called and asked why the sales associate told me it’s all part of the transfer, I’m lucky I can still make calls. I will never recommend anyone go to this store or switch over to t-mobile I will be going back to a different carrier once my new phone that, doesn’t hold my music or photos, is paid off.
