Oh, what an experience we had tonite! This store has really gone down the tubes… or at least the management and staff has! Their«communication» with customers is childish and borders on throwing a tantrum. Tonight’s «Manager», Cliff, couldn’t handle my husband’s request for clarification on an already tense subject that he jumped the gun and called the police(there was no reason to disrupt the police because you don’t have the skills needed to communicate with customers!!) Cliff was obviously overwhelmed with the retail holiday season and didn’t have an answer for his staff’s unprofessional behavior, lack of honesty, or integrity! Just be truthful… that’s all! This store may look pretty and new now, but has no clue how to run a business. The four different employees I had contact with all had different stories and lies to tell their customers. Toys R Us… just because you sell toys for children, doesn’t mean you need talk to the customers like children!

This review comes from a collectors perspective. With the downfall of other toy stores such as KB toys, Toys R Us has become the only game in town. They often get exclusive toys. The biggest problem with this Toys R Us as with most is the poor stock. You would think an exclusive toy would be easy to find, but the exact opposite is true. You are lucky to find toys that Toys R Us exclusively stock. Overall the customer service at this store is pretty good, but as a toy store it is terrible. The last thing I wanted to mention is how they will raise the price of a high demand toy, sometimes by more than $ 20.

This used to be one of the most pathetic Toys R Us I’ve ever been in. Now, there are actually people that you can ask for help and the store is pretty neatly organized. On checkout, I had a coupon on my phone. The girl couldn’t get it to work so she got another one and used that. It’s 2014 people. If Starbucks can scan a smartphone, every other store should have that capability as well!!!

This store is getting much better. It used to have a really bad customer service, but my last visits were pleasant. The merge of regular Toys r Us and Babies r Us made me really happy. One store, all baby and kids things. Lines are quick and staff is much more friendly than before. Yes, I am big fan of this store. Please keep it that way, Toys r Us!
