I wish I could give stars based on actual services but since I cannot, I gave 3 stars, somewhat in the middle.
During an extremely difficult time for myself and family we chose McHugh-​Wilczek for our family members funeral services. During the preparations the customer service we received was not what I expected considering the business they are in but when it came down to the actual day of service, Mr. Wilczek took care of everything and made sure everything was in place before, during and after the service.
It made a very difficult day a bit easier.
So if you can get past the non compassion and cold demenor you will be happy with the services.
