Dishonest and not customer friendly. Sold me a damaged item with multiple problems including a black screen and/​or boot loop with a damaged power port, non responsive screen etc etc in other words could not have happened in the mail.
It was clearly due to their negligence or dishonesty and it cost me time and money they happily stuck me with a 12 dollar return for the junk they sold me.
