Cycle Concepts of New York Inc

I have taken my HD Deluxe to Cycle Concepts on2 separate occasions. The first time was because I made a huge mistake and had Harley Davidson mechanics replace my handlebars. Well, they never installed them correctly and after bringing my bike back many times through a 2 year span and being charged each time I finally found JJ at Cycle Concepts. While it took him a few weeks to resolve, he ultimately fixed the problem at a great price. Subsequently I brought my bike to have new pipes, crash bar, power commander and air filter put on. He did a fantastic job. I trust him to no end and he is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because that’s what it’s worth. I came in with my bike to get my wheels powder coated and to install headlights. He was on the phone with someone arguing and just hung up on him. I should of took that sign as a bad one. I asked for a price quote of how much it’ll cost and it was no where near what he charged me. He’s a crook and his adopted home schooled son is just as bad. I don’t write too many reviews but this punk ass mechanic deserves to close down with the way he handles customers. Steer away from the place and don’t let this german nazi sweet talk you into letting you keep his bike there. He’ll just ramble and ramble of how great he is and how much quality work he does. Took two months for him to get my wheels done and the headlights are cheap. Do NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

this location was an absolute horror show. the owner was insulting, condescending, and anti american in every sense of the word. owner insulted my choice in Harley tire by going oem and that dunlop was a poor choice for a tire and said he would not inspect the bike for its nys inspection which the bike was not there for in the first place. he was also insulted that i didn’t buy the tire from his shop claiming i wasn’t supporting his shop and i had the typical american attitude that cheaper is better. the owner had some sort of foreigners accent and quickly became an insult contest. this euro trash attitude was unprofessional unprovoked and insulting to every american not to mention bike owner. further more before he turned his attention to me he manged to convince another bike owner into an unnecessary bike repair. he opening line to me was are you gonna be as cheap as that other guy. i was appalled to begin with right from jump. this shop should be avoided at all cost as there opnion is not trust worthy and deception begins in places like this giving other bike repair shops bad names.
