We had our Dart aluminum awning installed on Monday, October 5, 2015. From the sales person to the installation everything went smoothly. Our awning looks beautiful, and Daniella and the other staff could not have been more helpful and friendly with any questions that I had. Let’s hope all is good when the snow starts!

I was very dissatisfied with the service and the workmanship from this company. I ordered EZ Breeze windows from them on May 1, with an expected delivery and installation by June 15. I paid half the cost on May 1. One week before June 15, the salesman called and said the windows would not be available for another 6 weeks, and there was no guarantee that they would even arrive by that date (which was July 30 — half the summer was over). I asked for a refund of the deposit. After 4 weeks and multiple unreturned phone calls to them, I received 60% of the deposit back.
Do not use this company. They do not honor their commitment.

I’ve read about how professional Dart is and now I know first hand. First off each person on Dooley’s team who helped me is so professional. I didn’t have any complaints with the service or the quality of the work. What’s the best is this. Twice I had frozen pipes that had nothing to do with Dart but They took the time to come over and solve the problem. Thanks guys for your help every step of the way.

Bought my front door awning and retractable patio awning from them and have nothing but great things to say. Professional from start to finish (and later) and both awnings are of the highest quality. They have a small «showroom» (literally a room) in the Rockaway Beach section of Queens with a handful of awnings displayed. If you are buying a retractable, I’d suggest visiting the showroom if possible to open and close the awnings and look at the material.
