Paul Conte Chevrolet Service Department

I have been servicing my vehicles with Paul Conte Chevrolet for the past few months since I moved my business to them from BICAL Chevrolet. I have found that the service, friendliness & experience of service advisor Bob & service manager Tony in the service department has been exceptional. They create an environment that is second to none. The best experience that I have had since I dealt with Saturn when they existed. Both Bob & Tony formally worked for Saturn and it was the welcome I received & the thoughtfulness and experience of them that has made me very comfortable to leave my vehicles in their hands knowing that the job will be done right and that everything will be fixed when I receive my vehicle. It is a pleasure to have my vehicles service at Paul Conte Chevrolet and I would recommend Bob & Tony and the rest of the service staff to my friends and family. Truly an enjoyable experience.

I brought my 2014 Camaro in to have the shift linkage recall addressed and also to have the hand brake re-​checked to be sure that it was fully adjusted and correctly put away. Tony Vicente, Service Manager, and Dollet, Service Writer, were very professional and most attentive, letting me know how the car was doing at regular intervals. Both issues were addressed in a very timely fashion and, lucky me, my car was not missing the part mentioned in the recall, so it was good to go. As of this visit, all issues regarding Case #71−1 406 776 096 were resolved. All individuals that I dealt with in the Service Department during my visit could not have been nicer, were very professional and performed their tasks thoroughly.
