Super friendly stuff! They didn’t have my size in the store, but the manager — Forrest — was so kind to call other store in the area and organize for them to ship me my size.
That is what I call «go an extra mile for a client»!

I’m not a fan of their women’s clothing, but I pop in here often to look for clothes for my husband. It’s hit or miss (usually you’ll be stuck choosing from the less popular colors), but I’ve often found some nice sales on polos, sweaters, and jeans in flattering colors and styles.
Pro tip: Save an additional 15% when you show your student ID, even on clearance and sale items.

Amazing brand Polo Ralph Lauren is synonymous with quality. The prices here are amazing, in fact if you look at the website and then come here you will be blown away by the difference. Big selection of clothing and the staff is eager to help you and willing to go above and beyond for you. I asked them to look up something for me on the computer and it was pretty complicated but they did it anyway, super cool. That’s my idea of service and also salespeople telling the honest truth, not just trying to get you to put on clothes and make the sale. Great experience here, will be back again for sure

Staff eager to assist, but not aggressive. They seem to have decent discounts, so much so that I had to go back twice for a relative who ended up buying 7 shirts and a jacket all for under $ 200.
The store is kept neat even during the busy times. Prices and products are organized and clearly marked. The store is clean, which is a big plus for me.
Easy parking across the street behind L.L. Bean’s home store or in the parking garage attached to Freeport Village Station.
If you like Polo, you will like this store.
