Very good customer service and a clean environment. I went in for a simple manicure for a job interview I had later that day, and although there were only two women working at the time they got to me fairly quickly. I didn’t get a standoffish vibe from them at all, everyone was very friendly and I was very satisfied with my nails. Plus the price was reasonable! I wish there was more variety in the polish colors but overall I was very satisfied and would recommend this salon.

Went in this morning (Tuesday) & two ladies were working around the salon. I was the only client. Told me to choose a color while they quickly finished whatever task they had. I chose and they both attended me quickly and joyfully. It was such a pleasant experience. I would give 5 stars but my manicure wasn’t perfect per say (just a little color along my cuticle). Also, I missed an entire wall of nail polish that they hadn’t pointed out to me. So I had originally thought their selection was limited and saw newer more fun Essie colors after I was finished with my mani pedi.

The manager doesn’t care at all about customer service or making any one happy I only went there because my friend recommended it and made an appointment because I have a life n things to do. I went and she told me to have a seat after an hour n a half (I got busy with work emails n chatting with friends) I called my regular nail salon Jenny’s Nails on Atlantic avenue in Baldwin and got up to leave that’s when she begged me to give them another chance blah blah I said I will and went to visit them another time. The girls were nice and did my nails which started peeling the next morning!!! All my nails had chipped polish three days later so I went to her to get them redone because anyone with experience knows that the polish had thinners put in n that’s why it was chipping. She said «sorry honey that’s wear n tear n we are not responsible)!!! I’m DONE!!! I will not recommend or go there ever again!!! Classless n she couldn’t careless about building her client base!

Very clean. The owner is extremely nice, the prices are also reasonable. They have a huge selection of OPI and Essie products which is always a plus for me. Compared to the other places I’ve been to in the area this is the one nail shop I feel the most comfortable in.

I love this nail salon! I went there with my mom and we got treated like queens. Not only do they do excellent nails, but the customer service was also amazing. I love Helen and Sharon… see you soon girls.

If you want quality service and a clean place to get your nails and toes done, this is your place. Helen has put all kinds of tips on my nails (acrylic, gel) and her workmanship is so amazing that it lasts for weeks without chipping or breaking. She is a perfectionist and I always leave happy. Pricing is fair and place is spotless.

This is my go-​to nail salon near home. I’m from Baldwin and it’s tough to find a high quality, clean and well priced salon. This place is always clean and the owner Helen is super sweet! Lots of Essie and OPI colors.
