my daughter who is permanently disabled and requires special medical needs for her health has been getting her supplies from rrt group for about 7 years. in that time they have been late for delivery at least 80% of the times and the order was partial and finalized a week later. their reason was that medicaid didn’t allow them to reorder her supplies until 30 day later. no one there seems to know how to count to 30. supplies delivered on the 26th one month showed up on the 30th the next after 31 days in the month. their reason a holiday or weekend except there wasn’t any.
don’t count on them for anything especially their word
