Just had a very pleasant experience at the Yankee candle in Freeport at one of the outlet stores. The saleswoman name was Allison that helped me and she’s a rock star! A great personality and very helpful. She made it easy to help me find what I was looking for! I left with a smile on my face! She’s a great employee! They have a great selection of candles! I want the mall !!

I was there for an event just before Christmas and this was my first time going to this store. One employee was pleasant and helpful, the other, not so nice. She made it known to everyone, the store closes at 7. Okay, I knew that and another woman looked at me and said her comment was unnecessary and she felt like she was being rushed. I agreed with her. Well, I finished my shopping before closing and just before she was done ringing me up, she had the other employee stand by the door and had her lock it, before the actual closing time… I left the store in time… I have no desire to go back, to this store. I will try another one though.
