Extremely horrible, rude customer service. I have a 1999 Range Rover and found the business through a Google search for airbag module reprogramming. I sent an email inquiring how much their service would be, and I received a response stating that my «car was junk», «needed to be in a junk yard», and that«I was a joke!» Seriously? Maybe the old man’s kid was responding to customer emails, but how distasteful and ultimately bad business practices. I have since found another company to reprogram my airbag module.
