I came here to buy a new phone after a while and have been here on multiple occasions since then. I am always impressed by the level of professionalism here and unless its really busy, there are always able to help you fairly quickly. Raj helped me purchase two phones and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process and answered my questions. I know that the sales pitch for cell phone accessories is part of a commissioned job but he wasn’t pushy about it at all and I didn’t feel pressured. I’ve since gone there for other issues and he along with the other staff members have always been very helpful and fair. Thanks for all your help and keep up the great work!

In most instances visiting an Retail location is something for which I need to mentally prepare. Normally I need to prepare for ineptitude, lackadaisical attitudes, self righteous… I think I’m going down the path. None of the aforementioned dread and despair. If these people don’t truly care about solving your issues and helping you select the correct products, they certainly fake it well.

I went to this ATT store at 8:30pm to replace the SIM card. Even they close at 9pm they are still able to put my name in on the waiting list. The wait was about 15 minutes and I am glad they have free Wifi over the store. Stephen did a great job in customer service and finish the replacement process super fast !! Even it was at closing hour !! It’s hard to get great customer service like this !!

While I generally am not a fan of dealing with the AT&T store, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ryan Raspberry and the manager on site, Nicole. I bought two phones and found, upon my arrival to pick the phones up, that my bank had denied the charges. They sat patiently with me as I crankily dealt with Fraud Protection and got me set up. So, kudos to Nicole and Ryan R., you’ve assured I’ll stick with AT&T. Thank you!

ATT is completely out of management now. The whole company is only promoting products and not really focused on service. I went to this store for a cell phone upgrade. They tried to sell me the Directv.(I am already a U-verse TV) user. They told me there is discount. I say OK. And, that is the start of my nightmare. First, the store staff sign me up for the Directv service but did not close my Uverse account. I asked them when I signed up. They said they have done that. But two months later, I am still getting bills for the Uverse. I called the ATT customer service. They told me that it was not terminated. What!!! I went to a ATT store and signed up for the TV service also under ATT and they did not close the old one? (Even I aksed and make sure for many times.) Then, I returned my equipment for U-verse. One month later, I got a bill for not returning the device for U-verse. I got charged for $ 150. I called ATT again. They told me that they will handle it. Then, two weeks later. They are asking for a late fee. What a XXXXXXXXX company !!! Does any of the staff really work at all?

Mohammed greeted me at the front door like I was an old friend and super nice made my day and RJ had all of the answers to my charging problem and also mentioned that I could save money on my plan while I was out at what an awesome adventure here at the AT&T store tonight! In the past I have had to wait a while but it’s always worth the wait.

I’m very old school and not into the high technology movement, I feel like I’m being forced out of my comfort zone n u have to explain it to me like a caveman lol, I was very skeptical but instead very surprised n impressed. Viet was very honest n thorough. I was amazed how fast and professional he was, handled the phone n transferred everything for very happy n satisfied with my new phone. I would recommend family n friends to come here n ask for Viet!

The reviews of this place are kind of hit and miss. I must say they didn’t get to deal with Manjot. I came to att the other day because I had to get a new phone. My main concern was transferring all the data from my old phone to my new phone. Manjot was very laid back and straight forward and took care of me from start to finish. The store was jam packed busy, however Manjot really gave me the one on one service each customer should receive. If you’re looking to go to this store or if you’re skeptical I’d say give Manjot a shot and he will take care of you from start to finish, with a warm home-like experience He even followed up with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Came here a while back to ask about some short-term data to help with phone navigation until we got to the airport. I don’t mind waiting in line for something good. However, what we got was a guy with glazed-over eyes who had clearly slept about an hour and was hungover and/or stoned from the night before. What I remember most is how many«umms» there were. It must have umm been, like, the 5th most umm common word in, like, umm his sentences. He kept trying to sell up a data plan that was clearly inappropriate and then eventually went though a door(possibly to be sick or look up some new vocab). He later came out with another guy and they both said there was nothing they could do… other than sell up the data plan we already rejected… I actually have a fond memory of this place because it was so comically bad in every way. To be fair, not all AT&T locations are like this. Just avoid this one,

Spoiler Alert: This review STRICTLY about customer rep ANDREW Though I had some bad experiences in the past with walk-ins to AT&T stores, this time I was really pleased with the customer service provided by Mr. Andrew. Couple of things to mention here, 1) He is completely aware of all the latest information on the current promotions /offers(I.e., in the same store I got some invalid/old info from other rep and I had to confirm again with Andrew on my follow up appointment) 2) Thank you for being patient with us, though it was late night on weekend After all instead just adding one new line, I ended up upgrading one more line in the account :)

Ryan is the best customer rep in this AT&T store location. He has always been able to solve my mobile issues with AT&T. I don’t know what I would have done with my phone, had it not been for him!!! I highly recommend him if you are going to this store. I gave 5 stars to this location only because of Ryan… I live pretty close to this store and I have been here many times. I would say not a lot of them are proficient enough to solve your issues and at times it is very disappointing.

hey are the cheaters running the store. I bought an AT&T prepaid sim card on 08/17/2015(it’s been more than 48 hours when I am writing this review), the sim card didn’t get activated within 10 mins which they typically claim would happen. They told me to wait for 15 – 20 mins and it would get activated. Went there next day, they said the phone is not compatible(Samsung Note 2 it was). Today on 08/19, I took my another handset as a back up and the previous one worked with one of the store representative’s sim card. So basically there was no issue with the handset. Please note the sim still is not activated coz they say there is a long queue at the server(don’t know why they are giving a bullshit explanation). AT&T is one of the largest service provider and they do not have the infrastructure to handle new activation requests even after 48 hours. The store manager Mr. Nathan refused to refund my money and terminate the connection. He in turn told me to wait indefinitely for it to get activated. The whole purpose of buying this connection is defeated. THISISTHEWORSTCUSTOMEREXPERIENCE I HADWITHANYSERVICEPROVIDER. Didn’t expect them to stoop to this level for $ 30. Wish there was an option of ZERORATING

Ravindand and Serena persuaded me to give Digital Life a try in May as part of the Mother’s Day deal. Then finally it was installed in June and I thought it was cool and I liked it but… it’s not DEAFFRIENDLY. Digital Life SHOULDNOT be sold to any deaf customers period until they make it accessible for us. I’m disappointed that I can’t terminate the contract otherwise I pay $ 700 fee. It’s not fair if I can’t benefit this service because there’s no light or strobe system to alert me if the alarm went off. On my bill, I was charged twice of $ 35 for dispatcher fee… because I didn’t know and can’t hear that alarm went off. But I appreciated that both fee were waived. Ravindand and Serena said my monthly Bill will be $ 62.50 but I got billed $ 80…that not what we agreed… another disappointment. I refuse to use alarm system to avoid any mishap that would lead me paying $ 35 dispatcher fee. So what’s good for me to continue paying $ 80!!! I feel betrayed by AT&T. They have no empathy to anyone especially that it’s not accessible for us, deaf customers. I’m not pleased… For this betrayal, I give ZERO star for this.

I had bri and she was completely unhelpful and honestly rude. Make sure that you stay on top of all of AT&T’s advertisements because sometimes they’ll unveil new promotions for new customers, but the old customers will not automatically be given them. To get the given discounts, you need to go into a store and ask for the discount to be applied. What a terrible system, right? Lastly, the line for this place is usually insane, so bring something to do.

I came in today and a sales representative named Peter Tsai helped me at 10:30−11PM. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to upgrade using a cross over from my sister, but assured me that if I wanted to I can go ahead and he’ll just continue the upgrade. I came back after work deciding that I will just use my sister’s upgrade. I was walked over to a table to share with another customer for not even a minute and another guy that«helped» me told me to come in tomorrow for my upgrade. I waited in my car for a moment to double check if my upgrade was today or tomorrow and not long after I see the guy walking out and into his car as he drove by. Seems like he was only in a rush to leave and didn’t care for customers. And indeed I was supposed to get my upgrade today. Thank you to Peter nonetheless.

I loved my experience here. now i never wait for service here cause i think my life is more important than spending 1 hr waiting on someone to help me and then one more hour to get stuff done. I came in on a weekday during lunch time, and there was barely any wait time. Came here to get Uverse TV and internet. I have to highlight Viet, he was truly amazing help, and he really tried to get us the best deal. He is good at his job, so he will try to sell you the best package, but we told him what we wanted and he found us the best deal with that. This place has tons of employees so there are always ppl there to help, although it does get insanely crowded, so make sure you get an appointment or go on a weekday afternoon.
