Better Everyday

Dina’s approach is outstanding. She tailors your workout to what you want to accomplish then keeps you focused. Her classes are usually attended by people at different levels of conditioning yet she has the talent to keep everybody on their proper track. Whether you are capable of doing your pushups with your ankles off the ground in TRX handles or you’re doing them against the wall just starting out — it doesn’t matter — the spirit and message is that you will get to where you want to be. My favorite part? NO EGOS on the SLEEVE. All egos are hung at the door. GREAT ENVIRONMENT! Come check it out… its FUN!

This place is great. Dina is a very competent and talented trainer. She creates a safe and comfortable environment for all her clients. YOU WILL see results and once you do– you will be motivated to keep coming. Dina listens to yours needs and makes sure you are doing all the exercises correctly, to avoid any injuries. Dina greats an upbeat and fun environment for everyone with different exercises routines, great music and her awesome dance moves. Dina Moody, who started this fitness center is without a doubt the best trainer I have ever had! She is kind, patient and dedicated to every single person that comes in. She is an amazing listener and helps not only the body, but creates an upbeat mood that you leave feeling excited and energized! Her technique is also very well honed, and she is very good at helping others with their technique to create maximum efficiency for those that want to build on their weight-​training skills. She also assists with food plans and takes a look at the whole picture and modifies the program as needed for the individual. Great place to work out! It is clean, spacious and well equipped. I work out with Dina – who is a first rate trainer. She understands how to take people at all levels of fitness and boost them to the next level with customized plans for exercise and nutrition. Dina is the most supportive person I have every worked with and I give her and Better Everyday my highest recommendation!

I am so thankful for the guidance and support offered at Better Everyday! The friendly and energetic staff offers personalized routines according to your level of performance. As a women in my 50’s, I am quite pleased with the challenge and intensity. Accommodations are seamlessly made so that I am able to attend the same sessions as my 25 year old son who needs deeper levels of difficulty to progress. Improvements in strength and stamina were noticed in no time. The variety to each session keeps the experience fresh and causes an hour of working out to fly by. Modifications were made when I’ve need to work around old injuries. Working out at Better Everyday provides all the benefits that regular exercise promises. Not only am I able to maintain good physical condition, I’m able to stay cognitively fresh in a challenging profession.

Went in for a opening event. I love the place and the way it is set up. I love the fact that it is not crowded like other gyms. Dina is berry professional and gives great advise and information on what nutrition is and how to maintain a healthy diet and a better work out. I will defiantly be recommending Better Everyday to all my friends and family.

My wife and I have been working out with Dina for five years. Dina maintains a good pace and has a nice variety of workout routines. She can also be very accommodating if needed. The workouts at Better Everyday have given me more energy and helped me stay in shape. The strength training has made doing things around the house easier. I highly recommend Better Everyday!

This is a long pending review. Have been training with Dina for about 2 years now and the results are amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient and inspiring. Better Everyday is a positive, upbeat and friendly environment and will push you to working out at your best.
Every workout is different and challenging in its own way. We do a lot of core exercises and strength training. She mixes things up so you don’t get bored with the same routine and also gives your body a well rounded workout. I have been training with Dina for about two years and few months. When I decided I want to join I was skeptical of myself if I would continue or not, it’s like most people’s new year resolution; But surprisingly, I started enjoying the workout and to this day I don’t understand how that happened. My previous attempts at being disciplined about working out had always failed. So if my story sounds familiar and resonates with you, you owe it to yourself to try this. You will thank yourself for doing it.
Trainer:
She is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. I don’t have any injury but I have seen her giving modification to people who have injuries and she has in-​depth knowledge about which muscle group or individual muscle should be avoided and suggests exercises that accomplish that. She always pushes you to go to next level but not the kind of pushing that you see in those funny fitness commercial. Whether you are a pro athlete or starting fresh for the first time, I would recommend Dina as a trainer to help you reach your goal.
Place:
The place is huge, brightly lit, clean and inviting. There’s a carpeting area with cushion on the side and main flooring provides cushioning as well, I am not sure what that flooring is called. Good music system, clean restrooms, not to forget.
People:
It’s a very good way to meet people who share the same goal and I have not seen anyone so far who I din’t get along with so you will make new friends in addition to getting in shape and you won’t feel guilty eating that molten cake next time you are out for dinner.

This place is run by Dina. She is the best when it comes to fitness training.
