Came here a lot last summer with AL because a friend worked here. The pastries were alright, but way expensive. I always bought new stuff home because my mom likes pastries, but she wasn’t impressed by them. She says they’re way too sweet. It’s also kind of misleading, because the name is French, but the pastries are [mostly] Asian ones. Not a huge problem, but just not what I was expecting.

I took my boy there for a nice dessert, and we were very impressed. We got the strawberry cake and the lemon tart after the guy told us it takes three days to make. They were both delicious. A little pricey, but we were there for a treat and it’s a local business. We also got a bunch of free samples of cookies and biscotti, all of which were also delicious. Sadly, we were the only people there at the time, and the shopping center does not have a great track record with business longevity. I’m hoping this place will stick around because it really is a cute place with great food.

I stop here every so often when I have the craving for the garlic baguette. OMG… really garlic, butter, and bacon. It’s so delicious and sinful. But make sure you’re a garlic fan since the garlic smell is pretty potent. Actually potent enough that it seeps through the plastic onto your hands. But I love garlic so clearly it ensures those around me love garlic as well. Any of the buns are good. Coffee bun, mocha, green tea. They all have flavored cream cheese so make sure you’re aware of that. The garlic toast is also a killer garlic bread, and you probably won’t want to eat it all since it’s soaked in butter and garlic. I wouldn probably stay away from the cakes since the bread here is where it’s at. This place is very asian, not sure which kind, probably Korean as I would have to say that it compares to Paris Baguette, but I love this place more. The selection is definitely not as big, but the quality is much better. I do also like that there’s samples and free wifi.

Great little bakery in the middle of a strip mall. Passed by because of the yummy smells and had to go in. They bake all their tasty food in house and every morning! The chocolate croissant was so good. You could taste the real butter and it was crispy and flaky unlike the nasties at Sbux. Support local businesses! The cinnamon stick was ok but I would definitely go for the bigger pastries.

I stopped by today hoping to buy something delicious because I was feeling so emo about my grades. But they didn’t have any cupcakes, and their cookies were just meh. And there is a weird smell in this shop. But they had these almond cookie samples laid out, so I tried some of their chocolate and plain ones. It reminded me of a kind of Asian cookie dessert I used to love and eat so much as a child!(Oh yeah… even though this is a French bakery, it is run by some Asian folks…) So I bought a bag of those, and also bought a green tea bun. I tried the green tea bun just now after dinner, and I really liked it! The bun itself had a green tea taste, and the top was crusted in a green-tea cookie-dough like material, kind of the like pineapple buns in Asian bakeries. There was also green tea cream cheese inside! I can’t wait to try something new next time!

OK– so I know that after an hour and a half at the gym and two and a half hours hiking at Mission Peak, I know I deserved a sugary explosion. I did not plan on going here but after Zorba’s. I let my chocolate cravings guide me to this bakery. I see breads, cakes, cookies, biscottis. I think they do lunch sandwiches too. The place was dead. I pondered at their dessert selection and asked the girl which one was her favorite. the Chocolate Mousse or Dome Chocolate. she told me Dome Chocolate. though I wanted the mousse, I trusted her and got the Dome. The Chocolate Dome looked dry but I swear to goodness, it was so moist and I basivally finished that poor little cake in less than 2 minutes. the girl was like, «Finished already?» Shoot. if I wasn’tr on a stupid diet, I’d eat another one right then and there! I think I’ve found a bakery that I like that is not a Kara’s Cupcakes or a Sprinkles. YUMMY!!!

I love this place, because they have so many stuff that the other place don’t have. Their products are not as sweet as other bakery, and also I like their tart collections such as sweet potato tarts, pumpkin tarts, lemon tarts, pine nut tarts, and banana tarts. I think their mini cakes just enough to serve about party of four to five, so it is just right size for small gathering. If you go their around 11AM, you will be able to taset fresh out of oven bread all the time.

I’ve noticed they were remodeling this place as it used to be a boba store. Just noticed they’re having their grand opening and decided to take a quick peek inside! They’re having free samples on their baked goods(i think they extended it to the 22nd??) so any locals should check it out! Service is nice and attentive. I tried the sweet potato tart which was very rich in flavor that I decided to take one home! Tried a sample of their garlic baguette(if you’re a vegetarian, beware! There’s ham inside which is hard to spot, but otherwise an interesting combination). They have a really nice selection of desserts and bread that you don’t see normally in other local bakery. Price range is so-so = not outrageously expensive, but not too cheap. I think the quality they put into makes up for the price. Even the to-go boxes for the pastries and cakes have a nice cake cardboard piece for a nice decoration. This is what I bought which I’m looking forward to: — Sweet Potato tart — Yogurt Mousse — Garlic Baguette — Potato Hard Bun

Pretty good bakery, I like their pumpkin bread and their sweet potato cake was pretty good, it had a ice creamy soft texture to it and it wasn’t to sweet. I would say this bakery is more like a french inspired korean bakery and not fully a french bakery because they have a lot of korean style deserts. But this place is way overpriced, you can probably get better breads for a cheaper price elsewhere. The customer service is okay, When I first went their I think this guy(who was the owner maybe) was extremely friendly offering us samples and it was great customer service but the second and third time I came their was a girl worker and she was kinda bleh so yeah
