Coldwell Banker

Although it’s a large office, I can only speak about Margo Hood, a realtor at this branch of Coldwell Banker. I cannot say enough good things about her. She listens, she is patient, she explains, she understands. She knows the little details in the fine print (of which there is a lot when it comes to buying a home) that most other realtors aren’t even aware are there, and she knows how to use these details to your advantage.
She was willing to help pay for some of our expenses herself (one year home warranty, turning on electricity and water for the inspections, etc.) because she knew it would make the process go more smoothly for us. This came out of her commission. Why? Because she knows that our good experience with her would pay off when we told everybody we knew how awesome she is, so it’s worth it to help us be happy customers now.
She was there with us at the inspection, she was there with us at the closing, and she was willing to go page by page over the paperwork so we knew exactly what we were getting into. She even helped us with some initial work we did on the house. Most realtors won’t do these things.
