Critosphere has been around for over 5 years now, and I am only now just discovering this place despite having lived in Fremont for over a decade. The curators /staff here are friendly and awesome. Definitely would recommend connecting with them if you have any questions or concerns. I had a chance to communicate briefly with Ravi, one of the managers, and also with Diana, one of the curators. They were both friendly and great to work with. It’s nice that the location is close to the I-880 exit for Stevenson(maybe a two minute drive from the exit). The major downside about the location though is that it is essentially the middle of no where when it comes to Fremont; don’t expect restaurants and shops to be within walking distance. Fortunately many things are a short drive away(5 – 10 mins), including Pacific Commons. The facility is large. Two stories. There are a few shared tables for shared coworking, and many rooms for offices. There are also a couple of meeting rooms. The Internet was also decently fast — which is always a critical component of spaces. The four out of five stars is simply because I wish that the atmosphere and décor looked more modern. The walls, the floors, and everything about the building itself just reminds me of a traditional industry park office; it doesn’t excite me and attract me to want to go wake up to cowork at this location. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an existing coworking community present — at least not on the Wednesday I went. There were plenty of folks in their private offices, but there wasn’t any sort of networking or camaraderie. Lastly, I wish there were phone booths(small private 1 – 2 person rooms) you could walk into to take calls privately. This is a much needed standard in every coworking space in my opinion. Overall though, Critosphere is worth checking out and even taking a detour to cowork at if you are in the area and just need somewhere to work. Check out their rates — especially if you need a private office in Fremont! I definitely will say(for the third time) I appreciate how nice the staff is.

This place is awesome! A great place to get a few hours of work done in a quiet environment. The owners are very understanding and strive to keep the place clean. Excellent balance between open spaces for thinking and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I saw them at the Fremont Street eats last Friday 8⁄15 and decided to check them out. I came in yesterday to have a free trial at a cowork desk. It was quiet and had all the accommodations a cowork space can offer. I finished all my work and left. I would definitely recommend coming here to check it out. P. S. I will be back Critosphere!

Love it! I’ve bought a couple day passes here and it’s been a really good experience. Quiet, professional, snacks in the fridge/kitchen, etc. Other co-working spaces in SJ/SF are cramming too many people in which becomes distracting and defeats the entire reason why I go to these spaces. Critosphere is doing it right.

Great place to get some work done for a few hours. Nice meeting rooms to meet with clients at comparable prices to the rest of Fremont.
