Denny’s

Been here late at night around 2 am. Surprised to see It was crowded even at that point of time. Ordered Chicken Philly, Bourbon Chicken and Sirloin Steak. All of them were amazing and specially Steak was very nicely done. Though it took a while to place an order. It was worth it. Thank You Denny’s :)

Damn! They’ve got slow service here!
I’m not a fan of American Food
But their salad was good.
Also their Mac and cheese sucks!
I think they just use the ones from kraft the microwaveable ones

Went to this Denny’s after work. Never had I had such great service at a Denny’s before. Kathleen the server was super friendly and always smiling. Definitely gonna make this my new local, late night spot.

If you order anything with meat. You will be disappointed. This Denny’s location in particular is cutting down on the portion sizes it gives to it’s customers. So if you order the Sirloin steak or the Super Bird. It will never look like the picture. Instead of 6 slices of turkey you will get three and instead of eight ounces of steak you will get six ounces
I have been coming here for years and it’s only since the new manager took over that the portion sizes have greatly been reduced. The quality of the food has also tanked along with it.
Until things change you have lost a customer for life and I hope you know that it is repeat business that keeps restaurants alive.

What a nightmare. Came with the little grandkids because they all wanted different. We came in at the end of the lunch hour but it was still a bit busy. Stood at the counter to be seated quite awhile. When someone finally did come to seat us she looked right past me to the couple behind me and asked if they were ready to be seated. I interrupted and said I was ready and asked to be near the bathroom (little kids).
Now they have seated us and after a public display of squatting behind the counter to whisper something to our server we have been ceremoniously ignored.
How can you run a business like this.

Ordered gravey and bisquits. Eggs up
I got burnt eggs and white water for gravey and i had to wait over 20 minutes to get that. As is normal got to ask for real sugar for my coffee

Service 0 food good make sure go there when sanji is there Im not sure if im spelling his name right. we been there theree times after 12 midnight there were three or maybe four of ladies which they keep talking to eachother and they dont have any attention to costumer we just left because there was no body to take our order … Sanji is number one 5 stars for him.

The service is really good and the person who served us is really nice .I am not a great lover of this food but the food is really good and tasty…

7:20am waited like 25 minutes.
Ordered hash browns, eggs, sausage and fruits. But when I opened the box when I got home i was like wtf. Where’s my fruit?
The taste is bad as well. Service is freaking bad!!!

This is the worst managed Denny’s we have ever been to, and we love Denny’s. No hurry to even bring you a glass of water, you have to track down people to help you. Slow, non-​courteous people, why even spend a dime here. Next time I will go to Black Bear diner around the corner, at least they treat their customers well.

Terrible night crew, don’t come after 10 PM. They need more staffing. I order the same thing at every Denny’s. The fit slam, it has egg whites, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and and an English muffin. I always order a side of turkey bacon in addition to my meal, and I didn’t get that until everyone at our table finished. All the other Denny’s give me 3 pieces of bacon, this place gives you 2. We weren’t asked for refills, we had no jam for my English muffin, and no hot sauce. How can you mess up a Denny’s? If you are coming for the morning, what are you doing??? Go across the street to country way. If you’re hungry late at night, please go anywhere else.

Went there on my nephews birthday. It was a Saturday and around 11:30. Not too many people there but the service was terrible. Took forever to take our order. BUT WHEN IT CAME… Breakfast eggs, one was sunnyside up and the other was almost a hard boiled egg.
Turkey club that came, had mostly lettuce and tomatoes and barely any turkey. Not at all what the photo looks like. Server did take back both dishes and fix them up without complaint, but just expected more from this place.

My party of 20 came here after Chili’s made us wait +30 mins for reservation. Denny’s staff were cleaning tables as fast as they could for my group and other smaller parties. There was a big party finishing up before us at another area and our server, Puji was scrambling to finish with them before starting our order. We didn’t understand why she couldn’t take orders for both sides? I doubt you’re alone back there getting milkshakes and pouring water… Perhaps the chef could’ve started multiple skillets at the same time
I ordered appetizers hoping appetizers would come first but I guess not. I thoroughly enjoyed my medium rare sirloin. I was actually quite surprised that it was so juicy! Everything went well until we paid our bill. At this Denny’s location, you pay your bill up front so Puji entered individual orders.
SUMMARY: we as customers claimed the wrong entrée and but the bill on their end didn’t add up
STORY: For simplicity’s sake let’s say that person A ordered skillet A and person B ordered skillet B. Both skillets contain chicken.
Person B waited very long but Puji told us skillet B already came out. Turns out person A claimed skillet B on accident. So this error was on our end which is fine since we wanted to cancel it anyway.
At the end, person A paid for «2C» which she didn’t have the receipt for anymore. Puji said that’s not right because she canceled Skillet A, so what did person A pay for?
She kept telling us Person b had to pay for skillet B because person A still ate.
We still don’t know who is at fault but In the end the manager stepped in and said dont worry about it.
I just didn’t understand why Denny’s couldn’t just put Skillet B on a brand new bill for person A. They know we are paying individually. Hopefully this won’t happen again.

My steak was like straight up like just thrown onto the plate without being cooked lol
But I mean other than that it was good only because
Our server was amazing!
She was so awesome
She was constantly checking up on us
She was super kind
Her name was Diana I believe.
Anyways the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of her.
Awesome customer service from her.
Probably the only reason why I’d come back and give this place another chance.

This place isn’t bad, but in this visit there was so much dirt on the floor and seats I’m giving a bad review.
This isn’t rocket science!

2,4,6,8.holiday skillet was a flop. The plates were dirty and service was so so. I don’t understand why there’s a wait, when there’s plenty of seats around. Perhaps it’s the illusion that they are busy. Who knows! Either way, it’s cheap and all, but it’s really not that impressive. I like IHOP way better.

After waiting fifteen minutes in a half empty restaurant we were seated at a small square table (we had two adults and three children). Another fifteen minutes of being uncomfortable and in the middle of the place, with lots of large empty booths right in our view we never got asked if we wanted water, nothing. Not even a greeting. Who was this woman with a security uniform??? Why is she giving preferential treatment to people she’s friends with, and WHY IS SHE SEATING PEOPLE??? When I asked if we could move she told me to go stand AT THE END OF THE LINE AND WAIT. She is very lucky I was with my kids or I would not have held my temper together as well as I did.
I will not be returning to this Denny’s. I highly discourage others from choosing this place until they get rid of these employees.

American diner restaurant located on the edge of a moderate-​sized shopping plaza along Mowry Avenue & Farwell Drive, off the 880 freeway. They are easy to spot from the street & have ample parking.
I’m not a huge fan of diners, but my husband likes them, so we came here for a late weekend breakfast around 10:30am. This place was packed, and our poor waitress looked like she was responsible for serving the entire left half of the restaurant! The place started clearing out around 11am, but we had to ask our waitress 3 times to bring us some jam and butter. By the time we got it, our food was no longer hot :/​
Their prices are more than what I would prefer to pay for their food, but taste was okay and I was pleasantly surprised that their portions were pretty big. I remember seeing one of their skillets once, and it was tiny so we made sure to avoid that.
Overall, nothing wowing, but it was okay. We might consider coming back.

love it so far, Got a great service & recommendations every time day/​night.
I waited to review till I become a Duchess here, lol no bragging jus seems like everyone came in so hungry & dont bother checking in I guess.
My fav: every day value 4 $ (2 eggs, 2 pancakes & 1 bacon+ 1 sausage), or
pan fried fish & avocadro with some vegi side
or
oatmeal with 2 sides deal, pretty healthy :)
don’t forget to try their awesome red grapefruit juice!
