Dental Care Center

Hate this place. I had chose this as my primary care office just because it was near by my work. Little did I know this office was a mess. The front office manager is so annoying you just want to walk out of there. My first visit there was at 8am, the office didn’t open until 8:15 and I heard her whole life story after that. I really care less why your late with your damn scooter. After that, I had x-​rays done the MA and that manager didn’t even know how to put the vest on me it was like heavier than both of them put together. Then i had to sit and wait for the doctor cause he was running late. I got another story about that from the annoying manager. Doctor just saw me for 5 minutes told me I needed a root canal done this and that and that was it sent me to specialist and now my crown came off and this office is no help at all!
I really don’t have patience for life stories. I would like a place that would just get me in and out like the specialist office had done.
1 star for the referral to endo. But this place don’t even think about it !

Terrible. That’s all I can say about this place. I’m a first time patient, and had a hard time locating the office. I called and spoke to one of their front desk clerks and she was sooo rude! All I was asking for was simple direction on how to find them. She very blunt, sounded frustrated, and didn’t even say good by when she hung up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I continued to drive around looking for them. I had to call again unfortunately. She again sounded frustrated. I even stated that I’m a new patient. She didn’t seem to care much about that! What ever happen to first impressions? I walked in that office and thanked them for their time, however they lost my business based on phone call experience. If this is how they treat their new customers, I can only imagine how they treat their long standing. No thank you! Back to square 1, looking for a new dentist!

I have been coming to see Dr. Kashmiri for possibly the last 10 years — I absolutely love this dentist and won’t see anyone else! Dr. Kashmiri is extremely gentle. I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here and he did each in about 15 minutes with minimal pain. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. Kashimiri is very reasonably priced.
When I got my new job I was worried I would not be able to go to Dr. Kashmiri and thus put off seeing a dentist. His staff told me that Dental Care Center is with MetLife (my insurance). It was a huge relief to me!
