Durable Painting

I had Durable Painting paint my house and repair some wood trim that had dry rot. They power washed the entire house, calked around the windows, filled in cracks in the stucco, scrapped, sanded and primed the wood trim where needed and applied the finish coat to the trim and body of the house. The lines between the trim and the body are sharp and the job was done neatly. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with the results. The entire job took 3 days. One day was spent by the owner repairing wood rot problems. The owner does have some trouble understanding English. I suggest you get all the work you want done in writing and review the written work with him. I will hire them again.

Durable Painting did a great job at a great price. There were minor discrepancies that the owner took care of personally. The owner’s English skills need improvement, making verbal communication difficult. I found the best way to make sure every detail was covered was to send him an e-​mail, where his wife handles his written & verbal communications (at least I think that is the case). In any case, there should always be a written contract that details all of the details large and small. When our house is due for painting again, we will definitely call Durable Painting. The owner was honest and easy to deal with.
