What can I say about Erik Johnson, he literally is «my favorite home guy!»
I just bought my first home and I probably would not have closed the deal if not for Erik. I had worked with a few realtors, but never «clicked» with any of them. A friend of mine recommended Erik. From the start, my experience was good. When I left a message, he called me back immediately. He ALWAYS responds. This being my first time buying a home, I had no idea what to expect. Erik was able to give me the run down in real words. I never felt rushed by Erik. He spent MANY hours answering all my questions. Buying a house entails making so many decisions, with so many options; I never thought I’d commit to anything. Erik really helped me through the decision making process without over-​imposing his opinions. When it came down to it, he gave me all the information and facts, and I ultimately made the decisions that were right for me my family. He is a very open and straight forward. He always got everything in writing and always made sure I was protected.
Erik is extremely efficient and works well with the opposing realtor. His communication skills are amazing. I had a hard time with financing and many times thought I was going to lose the deal. While I worked out the kinks with my loan, Erik kept in constant contact with me, my finance company, and the seller. He was able to have the seller hold my house for 3 months! When I finally got my key’s the seller literally said «if it wasn’t for Erik, I would have taken the next offer.»
Erik is extremely professional and genuine. He has an insane amount of integrity and I would recommend him to anyone! The whole home buying experience was extremely challenging, but Erik really helped me through it. Great guy!
