Don and his family have a future in the Deliciously Smoked Meats business. As many have said, «found them at the Niles Famers’ Market», and by the aroma alone decided to try it. But, we had to go back the next weekend just to see if it would be just as good. OK, so it was! We just had to have them do ribs and try-tip for a large family gathering for us. That, of course, made everyone happy! Don delivered right to our door, too. We’ll be using them again and would recommend their delicious food to anyone and everyone. Oh, and the cornbread made me homesick for my hometown, Atlanta, GA. Thanks a lot for that. ;-) See y’all soon, Flesh N Bones!

The best ribs!!! Even the leftovers were to die for. But my most favorite… The kick in’ potato salad… I could eat that morning, noon and night!

Oh my goodness! I found them at the Niles Altar Walk in the town square and three days later and I’m still craving the tri-tip sandwhich I ordered. Friendly people serving delicious, fresh, high quality food? I must find them again and stalk them. I’m not really a BBQ person, but they will make me into one. Perfectly smoked beef, tangy sauce and a little coleslaw on a fresh bun is heaven made by them. The meat was not at all fatty or chewy. I must find them again. Now.

Found them at the Niles summer concert 9÷13÷15 I had the beef rib plate, I was excepting bone in ribs what I revived was even better. The meat was off the bone and cut real nice. it was so good, great smoke ring and real tender meat. It came with two sides potato salad and cole slaw, both tasted fresh and homemade. not your typical bought in bulk potato salad. I was happy and enjoyed my lunch.

Great food over at Flesh N Bones! I partake in this AMBROSIA frequently, and each and every time my taste buds are showered with enlightening BBQ. You don’t want to miss ‘em out; find them at the Niles Farmers Market every Saturday making the best Tri– tip/Pulled pork sammies and succulent Ribs!(Various sides including corn bread, potato salad, and beans; all HOMEMADE!) Mmmmmm 10⁄10 would eat again!!!

Found them at a booth at the Nikes Flea Market. Ordered the tri-tip sandwich. The meat was amazing, coleslaw was good, the BBQ sauce was great and the beans were homemade with pulled pork all up in it! Excellent choice for lunch(at 9:30am) and might have to go back for ribs when actual lunchtime hits. Heard they might pop up shop on I street. Can’t wait! One thing… A little light on the meat. Was hoping for maybe a slice or two more but can’t complain with the way it tasted though! A+ — Went back for round 2. Saw my review and appreciated it and gave me a couple extra slices! Also, they asked to remember to take a photo before I demolish the food. Thanks!
