We had a fantastic experience with Foster Auto Body. My wife and I were in the middle of a 12-​hour car ride when we hit a deer at 1:30am on a Friday on the Ohio Turnpike. We were towed to Fremont and spent the night in a hotel. First thing in the morning, I called Foster Auto Body and instantly felt at ease. From the moment of my first phone call, I was on a first name basis with the receptionist, Alicia. The entire team at Foster is customer focused.

We had originally thought we would just fix the car enough to get it driving again and worry about the major repairs when we got home. However, we decided to get the all the work done at Foster given their outstanding customer service and assurance that the car would we completed over the weekend. They were able to locate the needed parts (which for a Subaru this isn’t as easy as most cars), completed the insurance claim with State Farm, and complete the work all within about 72 hours of our accident.
We picked up the car on our way back through Fremont. It was a great and smooth experience. We couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend Foster Auto Body.
