Fremont Arco am/pm

What kind of gas station doesn’t take credit card inside their store. Thanks for wasting my time and not getting my money. Don’t even know what the point of going to this place crappy gas and cheap business practices. Guess I’ll keep going to Chevron

If I can give 0 stars I would! But 1 star for the gas price which is always cheaper in ARCO gas stations anywhere!
I really hope this review gets to the management/​manager of this store!
I came in today 3÷30÷16 Wednesday about 3:40pm for a fill up, and came inside the store because I checked in with my Arco Scratcher App on iphone, and I won 2 jumbo hotdogs and a cookie. So I went on the snack bar with all the sandwiches to grab 2 jumbo hotdogs, but I only found 1. So I went to the cashier, there was 2 guy there, one wearing turban and the other one is the other regular indian guy there. I told them that I needed 2 jumbo hotdogs and He responded with a laugh trying to argue with me in front of my 2 kids, VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!
I asked if he can make 1 more then I can wait, but he insisted that he can’t, just whatever is there! He told me I’m taking too much for Free, I can just get 1 hotdog today and use the other next time?! Which irritated me the most! Duh?! I won these on your scratchers! And to match the hotdogs I was purchasing 2×12 oz. slurpees. Then they were talking on their language, Very Rude!!! I felt bad in front of my kids, We were treated like we were begging for food or something!
The look on these guys faces are most annoying, Please ARCO/​AM PM Management train your people on customer service. We are trying to redeem prizes/​winnings from the app., not like we are asking for free food!
THESE GUYS Doesn’t even smile or greet you when you get inside the store, nor ask you if you need help with something, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

this Arco has the cheapest gas (2.49) in fremont if costco isn’t coounted. usual drinks, coffee, pricey eats, snacks in the convience store mode. a difference is the clean bathrooms here.(closed in the evenings)
buys: hard mke lemonade 16 oz, (2/2.75)

Probably one of the worst ARCO gas stations I have ever been to. I usually have no problems with any gas stations I go to including ARCO but the past couple of times I’ve gone to this one, I got ripped off by the same gas attendant. The first time I had given the attendant $ 40 so I can put gas into my car. I had only pumped $ 30 in and was wondering why the pump had stopped. I had gone in and told the attendant that I had given him $ 40 but only got $ 30 worth of gas. He told me I had only paid him $ 30 and that I was done. I was starting to get upset and insisted that he should check his register before arguing back at me. After 10 minutes passed, I was running late to get back to work, the attendant finally opened the register at the consent of the station manager. With the manager keeping an eye on the register and attendant, he had seen that there was a $ 20 bill in the $ 10 bill slot. I got my $ 10 change and I stormed out while the atrendant got an earfull from the manager.
The next time I had gone into this establishment, I noticed that the attendant helping me again was the same one as the previous time. I prayed that nothing will happen again but nonetheless it did. I had given him $ 40 so i can pump gas into my car. I walked back to my pump and noticed that it had not started, so I walked back in and told the attendant that my pump has not started. He followed me to my pump and saw it did not start, so I followed him back inside to make sure he starts it. Sure enough it did until it stopped at $ 34.23. Again I was not done putting gas into my car, so I walked back in AGAIN and told the attendant that I was not done pumping gas into my car and that I had given him $ 40. He told me that I had already pumped almost $ 6 the first time. I told him that he even walked out with me and saw that the pump had not started. He showed me 2 receipts that equalsd the amount of $ 40. He would not let me get a close look at the 2 receipts but stated, «I have proof that you did and whag proof do you have?» I was so mad but I kept my composture. I was already late for work AGAIN and the atgendant already ruined my mood, I had never gotten such bad customer service and rotten untrustworthy people working at ARCO before. I ended up calling the store manager and ARCO corporate to file complaints on the situations. I don’t know about the rest of you, I will not go to this gas station anymore. I’d rather pay $ 5/​gallon and receive better service than waste my time arguing with dishonest ARCO employees!

This Ampm is a great place to stop in to get a refreshment during a long bike ride. It will also be a great place for me, a new Kennedy student, to go during lunch.

The cashier at this place was needlessly rude to me. I was trying to use a credit card and he was trying to tell me that they don’t accept credit cards. The way he said that to me infuriated my wife who was standing next to me. I had to keep my cool and come out of this place. All I was trying to do was get $ 15 of gas, nothing else, not trying to pick a fight or anything.
The store managers here need to remember that there are other places to get gas and services. I just came back from this place with a very very nasty feeling.

Love this place! Gas is cheapest here. Lots of places to park. Their customer service has always been good here. Last but not least, their beefsticks are always fresh (key for me)!

Don’t go here. Even if it means you and your family start and die by the highway because you run out of gas. Worst gas station ever. Only accepts debit cards. No receipt paper in the pumps.

Cheap and good quality gas that’s open pretty late.
Its off the main streets between Newark and Fremont.
Has an AM/​PM store with food and drinks. If you like their coffee, they do have a complimentary stamp card. Buy 5 get one free.
Honestly, it’s just a gas station.

I really love coming to this location even though it is out of my way. This Arco has probably the cheapest gas in all of Fremont and the Am/​Pm isn’t too shabby either. The gas is about 20 cents cheaper than the other Arco locations and this is probably why it’s always crowded here.
The Am/​Pm has all your needs when making a pit stop for a beverage or snacks. They carry soft drinks, coffee/​tea, energy drinks and alcohol as well. As far as snacks go they have all the good cookies, chips and candy. They even have a counter where they serve hot food like hot dogs, nachos and such.
This is a good place for both cheap gas and good snacks.

Good location and orices for gasoline. I will come here when the regular gasoline station is not convenient to go to. Prices as some of the lowest in the area and the car operates fine with the gas. My only regreat is the take cash and ATM only — no rebate like the other station.
Occasionally, on a nice and hot day, I will refill my cup with a coftdrink. On a cold winter day, I will get a cup of hot coffee. Nice foodmart for the coffee and softdrink. They do have a great variety at the soda fountain which is really nice. Coffee has been fresh and hot each time I have gotten one.

As good as an Arco can get. Always low price and a new AMPM which is great. Nice location and great access for vehicles on both sides.

The nicest staff in Fremont! These guys are the best! Good gas prices too!

I stopped here for gas on my way to do something, what I liked: it was right on the corner and on a main thoroughfare, the pumps were clean enough, they had a enough pumps and the gas had a decent price. The Arco was average. What I didn’t like, sometimes people will cut in front of you, I don’t like the add supported in your face TV on the pumps, I dont need to get spammed when I am filling up at the pump.

Cheap gas but only issue that none of the arco’s in the fremont, take credit card anymore. wonder why these mofos only accept cash?!? Minus one star for that! This puts a damper on my reward points.

Cheap gas, clean, easy and convenient (Like your mom) Go on off peak hours ’cause sometimes there is a a line. Customer service is decent but can be hit or a miss.

Usually have the cheapest gas, good snacks, good quick bites! Always very clean, great customer service.
