I remember when they first built this complex and now it’s near full. Lots of eats and beverages to be had though it leans heavily Asian in choices. Great milk tea options, some decent Chinese and some cafes. A singular pizza choice sits in back. Wish the quality met the quantity but more choices are better than not. 3.5 stars

This shopping center is home to a number of Asian stores that seem to be for people who use Chinese language instead of English. There is barely enough parking, so you might have to travel the aisles more than once to find a spot – even for a spot further toward Warm Springs Road. The parking lot seemed to be clean and the carts were out of the way.

Getting the shops hood up and going. Great shopping center. Has a variety of good things to shop at. The marina market has great fresh fish. Three guys pies will be opening up in about 3 – 4 weeks. Fresh ny style pizza coming to fremont.

A variety of food and drink places here, but what really ticks me off is the parking. It’s like an idiot drew the lines. Normal spaces are pretty much compact and well the layout of the parking was just not smart. Not enough parking for what type of businesses would have been put there. Also, not to be mean or anything, people who go here do not know how to drive or park. It’s like accidents waiting to happen. I always have anxiety as I try to find parking or driving away from here. Still it won’t deter me from going here, it’s just unfortunate that this is how the parking situation is. A few good places here are Hong Kong Chef, Tea Island(in Marina Supermarket), and O Mi Che.

There is a Marina grocery store w/a tapioca shop inside, a Quickly’s, a Vietnamese sandwich shop, a hair salon, and some restaurants. This Marina grocery has a good selection but I think the Ranch 99 down the street has a better selection. I think this is the most interesting plaza in Fremont.

eh. Just another Asian shopping center… I really do not see the need for this as Ranch 99, Café Ophelia, etc. are RIGHT down the street… let’s see… walking in the parking lot is dangerous… prices are cheap… typical Asian shopping center characteristics!

List of things I know are in this Plaza: — Marina Food Supermarket with Sogo Bakery — Quickly — Sweet Coco(Viet sandwiches) — Tea Island — Shanghai Hua Yang Restaurant — BBQ Factory — 3 different Hair Salons(including Imagine Beauty) — Fusion House(Taiwanese) Hopefully, more to come!

12⁄17 — As of right now, only one other tenant besides Marina looks even remotely ready to open. As predicted, it’s a tapioca shop! Well, not quite the normal Quickly or Tapioca Express. This one appears to be an independent by the name of Sweet Coco. According to their signage, they will also serve up banh mi, coffee, and smoothies. This place is located to the due left of Marina if you are facing the front door. Progress on construction cannot be gauged, as the windows are all plastered up. More updates to come! P. S. For those looking for a boba fix, there is a standalone shop inside the Marina called Tea Island.
