Service was ok. I got ribs and wings combo. Ribs came luke warm borderline cold, but very good. Wings were average. My girlfriend enjoyed the sliders. Better than rest stop food.

As soon as we walked into Fricker’s, there were two hostesses that were doing nothing. One looked at us and told us to sit anywhere. Not sure why they were even there. Could have put a sign up and saved two salaries. Food was not good. Wings were greasy and had no sauce. Had to pay extra for a side of sauce. Fried pickles were pretty gross. My husband said his burger was no better than McDonalds and he hates McDonalds. Burrito was loaded with onions and the meat looked like fancy feast. Seven year old ate half of a chicken finger and the boy loves chicken! Won’t be returning.

Best example yet why Unilocal needs a ‘zero stars’ option. Terrible, terrible service– restaurant was nearly empty and we waited nearly an hour for our food. An hour in an empty restaurant at 2:30 in the afternoon. HEREISTHEWORSTPART: bottom hamburger bun was completely mold. GREENMOLD. They comped the burger but come on. Moldy food is zero stars. Period.

Dim but highlighted by neon and bright tv screens, the place has great atmosphere. Came to Frickers after recommendation by a coworker. Service was fast and polite. Ordered the frickin wings and ribs and a side of green beans. The ribs were fall off the bone good with great sauce. The wings were crisp and fried well, but unremarkable. Sauce was just right rather that dripping and best of all: free wet wipes. My only disappointment was the green beans. Over cooked to the point of disintegration and mingled with cardboard like«bacon» is not something i would feature on the menu as a recommended item among the other sides. But then a side is a side.

I grew up near Fremont and stop back from time to time. I’m used to having more choice, but realize this IS Fremont. Food is good, but presentation could be improved. In Fremont this is the place to go if you want to try a new craft beer. I don’t know how many taps they have, but it’s way more than 5. This point alone earned the 3 stars. Service is a little slow, and the staff … Generally thumbs down.

Place is great for games! I have been twice and both times were decent. Food is mediocre, but you can get a 22oz domestic for $ 2.22 which is a great deal. Place is full of middle age dudes gawking at the employees. It reminds me of a upscale Hooters. Service is hit or miss for the most part, as is most places of this atmosphere that employee college age employees Overall, service was great at this location. It did take a little longer than usual for my togo order, but she was prompt on refills of water and asking if id like another beverage

I had an absolutely fabulous server(who doesn’t like being called«honey» by an attractive woman?). She gets most of the stars in this review. Unfortunately, she was all that was fabulous. The chicken sandwich was fine but the fries were not, not even hot. The green salad was standard but the blue cheese dressing was above average, with big chunks of cheese. The place is loud, very loud(hey, it’s a sports bar). I’m not sure there is any real food to be had in Fremont, Ohio, so perhaps Fricker’s is as good as you can get. At least the prices were low. Very low.

Typical bar chain with a decent menu. Had a clueless waitress who didn’t know the menu. Good giant burgers and chicken sandwiches. Has daily wing specials.

Sure it reminds me of a Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food is definitely better. Overall great atmosphere, servers, and the Keno is an added bonus.

Very happy we decided to stop here for lunch during our road trip from Boston to Ann Arbor. We chose it because it was very easy off and on to Interstate 90, and because we trusted CJ’s Unilocal review. Clearly it’s a sports bar, with gigantic TV screens showing college ball games, but the clientele were family types. Nice inside, welcoming atmoshere, the ceilings must be 20 feet high. We were seated quickly, the waitress recommended the draft micro brew on special which came in a great big tall, glass thank you very much. I got a pulled pork sandwhich, my son got a steak tip and Buffalo wing combo, everything was great, superb by sports bar standards. The service was very good, and my bill was only $ 21, that’s two entrees plus drinks! If I lived in the area, I would definitely become a regular.

When you’re bw3 starved in the middle of northern Ohio, Fricker’s gets the job done. So I don’t usually like to compare restaurants but just stepping in the door, they seem to be doing their best to ape buffalo wild wings. Even their sauce menu for the wings is similar… but don’t let this discourage you. For the area, it’s probably your most solid choice for a good dinner with some wings. As far as food, we started off with the bbq pulled pork nachos which were really good! Great idea and very tasty. For the wings, I just went with the medium sauce, which was spicy although not quite as spicy as I was expecting. One issue with their wings is that they tasted kinda overly salty, not sure if its the batter or sauce or what. Also, they went pretty light on the sauce. However, you definitely get a bit more meat on those wings than you’d get at bw3 so good stuff… Anyway, I contemplated going here a second night of my three night stint in Fremont because despite the tacky looking outside, it’s a solid bw3 clone on the inside.
