I bought this chair at a health Expo — at 1st they were asking around $ 6000. I think I paid about 2200. I just saw one on eBay exactly the same for $ 659. It wouldn’t be so bad if they are horrible with customer service and you only get a 90 day in-house warrantee. The short story — the leather like coating over the chair starts falling apart in 2 years; the foot massager stopped working about 2 years; The touchscreen LED lights started going out after 2 years; the massage is getting less potent after about 4 years. I must say, it does give a very good massage! I still use it for my back, but I must put a sheet over it otherwise the black flakes from whatever is coating the chair get all over me. Now, they just drop on the floor or stay on the sheet. I would definitely stay away from this unless you can buy it for $ 650 with at least a three-year warranty! Otherwise, there are so many sources for the same chair! It looks like Michael who gave the review did get a freebie — but, I can understand him saying that it gave a great massage. However, just don’t buy it from Dr. Fuji.

Un-Certified Technicians working on service calls. They do not know how to properly troubleshoot issues. Corp company over charges for service to compensate for travel without telling consumers. This company charges $ 380 for service calls while a certified tech from the actual company only $ 215. Upper management is unprofessional and has zero follow up with consumers. Employees at the company do not speak proper English to communicate clearly. We had a massage chair that was in need of repair. The tech from this ACIGI/Fujiiryoki company came to our house and inspected the chair. Said it was perfectly fine to fix and he was able to repair, no problem. Guaranteed fixing and repair. Parts ordered and the chair was taken to their warehouse in Fremont for additional disgnostic. Our chair sat in the warehouse for over 2 months. We had placed several calls for status checks and updates. No one ever called back. The chair was finally delivered back to us. Worked for 10 minutes and stopped again. We complained, the tech came back out and said the chair is useless and for us to buy a new one. We decided to call a certified tech for the massage chair and he said it was an easy fix. Now our chair is in working order, no issues. These employees, managers and techs alike are only out for the money. They do not know what they are doing and are incompetent. Receptionists do not know anything and can only take a message which never gets to its proper place. Because I have never gotten a call back. Techs are useless and do not actually know what they are doing. Managers cannot give straight answers to questions. We would give this company a zero star if possible.

I came into the showroom for my first time and was amazed at the massage chair that they had set up. This machine was out of this world. I sat in the chair for a hour long free massage. It was truley amazing. They call it the fuji chair. The best things in life are free.
