I called Hand Rails Unlimited to get a quote for two handrails at my Mom’s house. Mark came over the same day, measured, gave ideas on how to make the rails and then sent me a quote the next day. It was reasonalble, Mom liked it price and we said okay. Within five days, Mark had the handrails made and he came over at our convenience in the afternoon. He installed the two handrails, Mom loves them and her safety is now 100% for getting in and out of the house. I give Mark 5 stars for his professionalism and 5 stars for being concerned towards my Mom.
