This is my first Unilocal review, but the service I received from Mike at InstaLAN was so incredible, I feel compelled to let others know.
Mike Rivera from InstaLAN Systems handles all of your internet and phone wiring needs.
My company just moved into a new office building on Market St. and the wiring in the building was god awful, and we couldn’t get any decent internet service, which, for a web start-​up, is kind of a big problem.
Anyway, we weren’t aware of this problem when we moved in, and we were stuck without functioning internet (in other words, we were dead in the water), so I had to find someone to re-​wire our building immediately – even faster if possible! :-)
After calling a number of Unilocal’s highly rated wiring companies and getting no response, I found Mike (through some other internet search). He not only got right back to me, he juggled his schedule to come take care of me the very next morning. I already loved him – thought about baking him cookies I was so grateful.
He showed up right on time the next morning, and he and his partner tackled a really challenging job running wires from the basement to the 5^th floor through a maze of obstacles.
I was initially concerned that this job might not get done, because I knew it was going to be a huge pain in the ass, but Mike exuded confidence and a can-​do attitude that immediately put me at ease.
He was friendly, professional, and fast, AND he didn’t try to rape us on price. He charged less than I was expecting and organized our building’s wiring on his own initiative. No kidding – our utility room’s phone lines are immaculate right now – I couldn’t believe it.
I think I gave him a hug when he finished.
Seriously, I’m sure that other wiring companies are good at what they do, as well, but I guarantee that no-​one is better than he is. When you consider his attitude, professionalism, proficiency, and fairness in pricing, I guarantee that you can’t go wrong with him!
FYI, our business is in SOMA, and I believe Mike services the greater San Fran, Peninsula, and East Bay area.
