Jamba Juice

Great customer service. I broke my ankle and I’m now I’m a air cast and crutches. After my drink was made the associate asked if I wanted help to my car. I thought it was very generous for him to go out of his way.

Good ol’Jamba Juice. Decent smoothies, big fan of the fresh squeezed juice. The cold pressed juice is good in a pinch as well. This location is very convenient and well located between two freeways (⁸⁸⁰⁄₆₈₀).

The staff almost always greets me when I enter the store.
I thought there use to be a public restroom but I guess there isn’t one anymore. One star off.
I had the BOGO deal and ordered a regular red and white gummy. Red gummy was on point. White gummy was chunky and not very smooth. Maybe not enough juice? One star off.

This Jamba Juice is right near my house and it’s a great location. The parking is easy — you can almost always catch a spot right in front :)
The staff is super friendly and quick with their service!
The drinks are always consistent — nicely blended, taste, and amount.
My go-​to for smoothies in the area!

Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door. I was trying to keep it low carb so I ordered a great greens sub carrots for apples (at least it is a little less sweet). I was a little nervous but it turned out great. I even joked with the employees about how I was scared to try my own drink and they offered me a taste before I dove in. I will hit up this Jamba Juice whenever I am in the area.

I love Jamba Juice but I will not be returning to this location based on an interaction I had with ONE worker. Yes, this one guy was so terrible that I will actually drive out of my way to the Pacific Commons location just for a smoothie. I never found out his name, but the guy with red (strawberry blonde?) hair was so rude to me & gave me so many dirty looks I actually wondered to myself if I had met him before & ruined his life or something. But I’m a nice person & I had never seen his face before so it was definitely his problem, not mine. Unsurprisingly, when my energy bowl was ready he tossed it dramatically onto the counter & mumbled «acai bowl» & rushed off. I said thank you & as you can probably guess, I was ignored. Reflecting on my experience I actually find it comical. Like was he mad that I paid money for an acai bowl & actually expected him to make one? My bad for inconveniencing you at your place of work, sir.
Maybe he just had a terrible day, but it’s never okay to treat a stranger so poorly.
