the staff is mediocre, makes a lot of mistakes, and talk personal stuffs to co-​workers while you’re still waiting for them to process.
John is a good guy, but he doesn’t take the time or want to take the time to listen to your problems, he just use his experience to assume your problem before you can even finish your issue, he’s in and out less than 3 minutes and onto the next patient.
I understand it’s a business but perhaps a little more care for your patient is needed here.
If he isn’t the only urologist in the tri-​city area that’s in my insurance network, I wouldn’t go see him.

Going to the urologist is never fun. But Dr. Heine has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He may seem rushed, but that is his personality. After several questions, he makes a diagnosis, tells you what needs to be done, and you are out of there. He is very comfortable and at ease with what he does, and he performs his procedures very quickly.
