Extremely professional and ethical! Kathy kept me up to date through calls, text, and email throughout the entire process. Not only was my offer accepted, but she made it easier than I could have thought. This was my first home I purchased and I was not 100% sure how to apply, qualify, and utilize my VA Military loan, but she walked me through each step in the process and explained in detail what I should and what I should-not do, and gave me reasons for each(that’s huge). Not only did she show up on site in Napa from Fremont, but she was there when I was finalizing the loan, got my keys, and she even sent a great house-warming gift! Any questions I had, she answered at any time of the day. Extremely friendly and never makes you feel ‘stupid.‘ Kathy is literally an expert in Real Estate, and I just learned that she was featured in the book«The Art of Buying and Selling Real Estate.» I would definately use Kathy again and may even fly her out to help me with the sale of a home in Austin!

My family and I have worked with Kathy for years now, and we couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent! She is not only extremely detail oriented, but walks you step by step through the most complicated paperwork and gives you the best advice! We couldn’t have sold our luxury SF apartment without her. I wish I could give her 6 stars.

An unethical realtor. Stay away Buyers If you see a listing by Kathy Bartle, DONOT use your own Buyer’s agent. Go straight through Kathy Bartle or Nicole Causey at Legacy Real Estate & Associates, because they will tell you what the highest bid is and make sure you win. If you are bidding with your own buyer’s agent, you are playing a rigged game. Sellers If you want a seller’s agent that is out to for your best interest, please do not go with Kathy Bartle. They will recommend to you what gives them the biggest profit over what is the best offer for the seller. My Experience I visited an open house and Kathy Bartle that was presenting. I put in an offer for $ 710k /w no contingencies(14 day close) The winning bid went to $ 710.5k /w contingencies(30 day close) How did someone bid exactly the same as me + $ 500 and with contingencies win?! I checked and as suspected, the buyer’s agent was also from Legacy Real Estate & Assoc. This means someone went directly to Kathy Bartle to put in an offer and Kathy Bartle told what the highest bid to beat was to her own client. This is unethical practice and you would not see this from other respected real estate companies. My buyer’s agent reached out to Kathy to ask for details but to no response for obvious reasons. Kathy is the best! She is so knowledgeable, talented, honest, and caring. She helped us buy our first house. We were amazed at how quickly she figured out what features appealed to us and then worked tirelessly to find it for us. When we were ready to move into something bigger, she helped us sell our house. She set a new record on price per square foot for the area at a time when the market was tough. If you’re buying or selling, there is no one better to help you!
