I got an exercise bicycle from Zoxou, Inc. as a Christmas present. After a week, the resistance knob would not work so I brought the bicycle back to the company in Fremont. They were very friendly and accommodating and exchanged the bike for a new one with no hassle. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks, Zoxou!

I have no complaints! Found an ad for some furniture on Craigslist for NEW furniture and decided to check it out. The price was the best value and trust me I shopped around. Vanessa was an awesome sales rep. She assisted me and knew the products well. She knew how it would be packaged and delivered. She assured that it would be delivered carefully to prevent damage. She even left detailed instructions for the delivery service to ensure this. The product arrived quickly and seamlessly. No assembly required! On top of getting a great product for an awesome price and excellent customer service… I received 10% off for checking in on Unilocal!!!Thanks Vanessa!

I’m so glad I found this place. They have the best computer monitor mounts! I bought one of their premium dual arm monitor mounts for my office, but they have different models that would be fine for any budget. I was surprised because it doesn’t look like a big box store. They have a nice little display that happens to showcase the best monitor mounts in the bay area — I am totally serious about this!
Zoxou is exactly what Unilocal was made for — to spread word of mouth about a great find. The people are very friendly. In fact, they were so nice I got motivated to write this glowing review!

They have the most unique furniture and accessories for computers homes offices, etc. The customer service ladies are very professional. The manager Kristine is very personable and professional. Even their warehouse staff is very clean organized and professional. The best part is their prices are so reasonable.

Ordered a gym mat from them online. One month later — still no mat, the customer service line is a dead end (no one picks up the phone and the voice mail box is full so you cannot leave messages), no one replied to my email. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back!
