Pizza is good but the manager LEGIT verbally abuses his employees it made everyone uncomfortable

I usally have good service from them. Until they started closing 30 min before closing time. Very unprofessional especially if you are trying to run a honest business. I will not order from them again.

I put «writing a review» on my «to do list.» I just want say that the young man that delivered our pizza to us in Fremont Wednesday night did his job so well. We were very impressed with how cordial he was and received great customer service. We’ve been ordering pizza from here for the past four years and this is the first time we got good service. Whoever that young man is PLEASE keep him and/​or train more like him. Thanks! Plus the pizza is delicious!

I ordered online for this location and I am completely unsatisfied! First I ordered an orange soda and recieved a Pepsi and when I called to complain I was told that they were out of the orange soda so they just sent me Pepsi! No one called me to confirm this and that right there is not how you do buisness, I should have been told that what I ordered wasn’t available and given the choice to choose a different option. Then I ordered two salads one with Italian dress and one with ranch. They sent me Italian dressing and BLUE CHEESE dressing, not ranch. I am completely disgusted by blue cheese dressing and was unable to even eat the salad I paid 5 $ for. Also, even if I had recieved the right dressing I still would have not been able to eat my salad because I was not provided with forks for the salads I ordered. I am completely annoyed by this whole order and wish it could be returned or refunded but when I called the store I was told that because my order was an online order that there was NOTHING they could do! This is beyond rediculous and I don’t think I’ll ever be ordering from mountain mikes again as this isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience with Mountain Mikes!

The pizza here is amazing!!! well cooked and especially the service I was given by a worker named mandeep! very respectful guy!

Worst customer service ever. Don’t go to that location. Go the one in Washington Blvd in Fremont.

If only I could give negative stars. So we call to order pizza obviously im at my cousins house and after completing the order the employee asked for the address. I then say to my cousin «Kas what’s the address?» Then I hear disgust from the employee and then they promptly hung up on me.

I’ve ordered take-​out twice and have been blown away by the quality and freshness, (not to mention the pizza is still piping hot!) They’re also quick, and, with a coupon, you can’t get a better great tasting, economical meal. Thank you, MMP!

I thought the pizza was really good. Had a pepperoni pizza here over the weekend, and i’m surprised that I haven’t ordered from here more often. One of the few places that my daughter will eat pizza from, and she is a very picky eater. The guy who took my order was cool. Told him I had a online coupon and if I can just show him the coupon on my phone instead of printing it out, and he said it was okay. 20 minutes later, a nice hot pizza for dinner.

The pizza is really good and always ready in 20 minutes for pick up.
They must do mainly take out since this place is always empty for dining.

My friend and I came in for a quick pizza fix and meh, lame customer service and crappy pizzas.

I live in the neighborhood, so stop in for the lunch buffet. If fresh, the offerings are great, they put out a selection of pizzas and a dessert pizza. Beware of going in solo– some employees will put out fresh pizza for you if what is there is getting dried, others will continue texting or their breaks and too bad if you get stuck with what is there. Wonder if they follow health dept. rules about buffet times?

Came in 45 minutes before they close to eat a pizza with some friends. Walk in and they are mugging us, we go to order and the cashier asks «are you eating here or Togo» we say for here and he says «well we close at 9»… Says it EXTREMELY RUDE. Okay so you close in 45 minutes so you don’t want us to eat here? And all of the video games were turned off, it’s Cold, not welcoming.
AVOID this location, drive down Thornton to the Newark location they have great customer service and a great welcoming location with amazing pizza.

Got a pizza here last weekend and I have to say, it was one of the better pizzas that I have had. We got a large combo and a Hawaiian style pizza. Both were delicious, but the price was pretty shocking since we spent about $ 55 for 2 pizzas. It was a medium Hawaii and an extra large combo. It’s hard to understand how a pizza would cost so much but I guess that must be the going price. Would come here again, but not if I am on a budget.

The place was ok. My wife and I were the only ones in there and it took about 30 mins to get our pizzas and the cashier was constantly on the phone. Didn’t talk to us at all. I’m still debating whether or not to go back.

Price and quality is below standard for Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Below standard for pizza joints. This place is about on par as Round Table. Staff isn’t all that friendly and the food is normally served luke warm.
Pizza price has gone up to $ 18 for a large half and half pizza. $ 22 without a coupon. The crushed red pepper helps.
I’ve eaten here a few times and the quality and service is pretty consistently low.

Decent enough pizza to earn them to be my neighborhood pizza joint. Crust nice and bubbly with a slight toast from a properly HOT pizza oven/​stone (not a friggin’ conveyor oven). Sauce is just ok but the meats get a nice crisp from the heat, so more cool points are earned.
Not too crazy for their designed combos but I enjoy getting a 3 topping pie. Usually 2 meats and a veggie to round it out. Linguisa, pepperoni and mushroom or pepper are usually the staple. Mon/​Tues are discounted days where I can get a medium for around 12 bucks, not bad.
I did learn though that I would never be able to hold a job as a pizza delivery person. As soon as I get in the car, the smell intoxicates me to the point where I cannot resist but to eat a slice (or 2) on my way home. Even to endure a painful burn on the roof of my mouth from the molten cheese and to succumb to the evil eyes glared onto me, when others see only a partial pie arrive to the table. I wouldn’t last half a day working for Mountain Mikes.

This is at the Brookvale shopping center in North Fremont. Family members wanted pizza and I didn’t have any coupons on me. Luckily their website had some coupons.
I got the Large specialty pizza coupon for $ 17.99. With tax it was $ 19.74. I picked Robber’s Roost w/​red sauce. You can get it with garlic sauce. Comes w/​green onions, mushrooms, olives, and some tiny chicken meat.
I thought the pizza was fine, nothing special about it.
They used to have 50% off Tues, now it’s just 20%. Oh well.
They take credit cards.

The hubby and I had been going here for a couple years, it’s close to our house, the pizza is decent and we always had a coupon handy.
However, they have wronged us too many times the last five visits or so when we’ve picked up our pizzas, so it is time we moved on. They will not have our business anymore … Why?
The last few times I have called to place an order, I’ve put been put on hold for quite a while each time. This one time I had called in during a busy time and every time the extra phone lines rang, the kid taking my order would interrupt me to take that call. He would put me on hold AT LEAST 3 minutes at a time, every other minute. WTF? Taking my order takes less than 3 minutes since I know what I want!
This last time takes the cake though. My husband and I go grocery shopping at the Lucky’s next door and decided to have Mt. Mike’s pizza for dinner. He goes and orders a pizza while I’m at the grocery store and comes back stating that that was the last time we will be giving Mt. Mike our business.
What happened? He ordered our usual, a medium ½ pineapple and ham and ½ combination … and they charged him full price $ 18 and some change instead of the $ 13.99 price special (it’s listed on the Specials white board behind the register so no coupon was needed). He had questioned the guy (very nicely) and the guy completely ignored him — he didn’t even look up from the cash register. So, yup … my husband just went with it because he didn’t want to cause a scene. We didn’t want McDonald’s and we didn’t have time to cook something before our stomachs caved in from the hunger.
When we were done grocery shopping, we head over to pick up the pizza. This time I nicely questioned the guy (different guy then the one who ignored my husband) with the receipt handy, pointing to the Specials sign about the price. He was quick to call the other guy over and asked him what he did wrong.
After a few minutes, they both concluded guy #1 did things right because he did punch the $ 13.99 button on the register. Um, excuse me … it’s not right just because you pushed a flippin’ button. In fact, you can see on the receipt that pushing that button labeled ‘$ 13.99′ only resulted in a 21 cent discount, not the 13.99 it had promised …
When the light bulb went off in his pea-​sized brain, he then stated that the extra charge the register calculated was for the fact that we got a half and half pizza. Um, excuse me again … we’ve been doing this for years and we have NEVER paid extra for doing a half pineapple and ham and half combination pizza. NEVER.
Anyways, we were going round and round in the ‘argument’ and I decided I did not want to anymore because I may have had to start shouting some sense into him and thus shattering his pea-​sized brain. And, not to mention our pizza was getting cold just sitting there.
No more Mountain Mike, you will not get our business, here or at your Thornton location (they’re owned by the same folks). How dare you think we are stupid. I will not be insulted with the fact that just because a machine did the calculation, that it must be right. And no, don’t try to make me happy by giving me more coupons for future visits … because you’re too stupid to figure out how to use them in the first place.
By the way, there 50% off pizza Tuesdays are over.

Came here to have a «pizza party» for my bf’s birthday! Ofcourse we had it on a tuesday so that we could get the 50% off. They have a party room in the back and we didn’t make reservations because we didn’t think anyone would use it on a tuesday night but when we got there they told us someone else already had it reserved. Later on they told us that the party who had the reservation was just a group of like 7 so they would give them the smaller room and we could have the big room. Perfect! The guys who were working that night were sooo accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated that.
The sucky part was that it was CRAZYYYY busy that night. Of all the nights I have been to mountain mikes on tuesday nights, i have never seen it sooo busy. Not so much busy inside, but i guess people coming in to order or pick up orders. The line was ridiculously long and people in our party who just wanted to buy a drink literally had to wait like 30 minutes. Geez.
I know it wasn’t really the staffs fault and I still appreciate how nice they were despite how hectic it was in there, but my only suggestion would be to have more staff working. especially on tuesdays since they have that 50% off deal
