The good about this place is… there is Farmer’s market every Sunday. but other than that I don’t know anything else good about this place.
Burglaries and strangers are quite common here… I lived here for quite a long time, until they started raising rents every now and then.
I was paying $ 1400 for two bed room on ground floor, they jumped it to 1550, and I’m sure that it is ridiculously high now.
The homes are quite old, it gets too cold in winter and too hot in summer. so electric bills are always high… no AC’s btw.
I would not recommend this place to anybody… because for sure you will have to change it within 6 months to 1 year… as they jump their rates for no reason.
