I really enjoyed this place. It did not have the old tunnel of death MRI machine. I was very comfortable. The MRI operator was very nice and played calming music for me.

I tried for two weeks to schedule an MRI with them, but the person who answers their phone always found anther excuse not to do so. I’ve never had to deal with anyone who was so consistently unhelpful and arrogant. The final straw was when she started complaining about my insurance company, which is Blue Cross, and had already approved the MRI. I tried to get around her by using their email for customer service. I never heard back from them. I then tried their parent company’s(FORM) customer email with no response from them as well. Save your self the time and frustration by going elsewhere. They have no concept of what customer service should be.
