Once again, Keith saved the day!
The line between the downstairs bathroom and laundry was backing up all the way into the upstairs bathroom. The roommates called out a plumber who snaked the whole house for $ 400 (yikes!), and yet the laundry and downstairs bathroom sink were still not draining properly.
So I called Pleskach Plumbing.
Keith checked it out, went to his van and came back with a small hand snake. With that, he was able to get down into the T part of our weird pipe (what looks to be the product of a strange DIY remodel from the 60’s), and unclog a bunch of hair, grease, and lint.
The report I’ve gotten since he left was that the roommates have been able to do quite a few loads of laundry with no issues. All he charged was an hour of labor.
