I recently discovered that this dry cleaner wrote our last name on our garments in indelible black ink! I was astonished to discover that, on 6 of my husband’s dress shirts and one of my best blouses, they defaced our personal property with a magic marker! When I confronted the owner with this unbelievable violation, he repeatedly said that it’s their system of tracking our clothing so that it doesn’t get lost. He said they had been writing in their customers’ clothes for 13 years, as if that validated this unusual and destructive practice. He just lost a customer. (They are also WAY overpriced, but we’ve been using their services because of their convenient location. Never again!)

I just left Quality Cleaners. I asked her to price 2 sundresses for me that I had with me and she said $ 12.95 EACH! I told her I thought that was high and that I thought I would look around for a better price. She threw them on the counter and turned around and walked off. I then drove to Saving Cleaners at 39 480 Fremont Blvd and asked THEM to price it. $ 14.60 for BOTH! Plus they were FRIENDLY!
Quality Cleaners is charging DOUBLE what Saving Cleaners is! WOW!

This place is run by a very sweet couple (I think they’re a couple…). They are always very welcoming when you come in and do their best to address any special concerns you have (i.e. A LOT of alcohol stains =\). I would say this is the only spot I would go to in Fremont to get my dry cleaning done. The service is great and they always show their appreciation towards loyal customers by throwing in 20% offers for larger drop-​offs.

All of my work uniforms come here to get a bath. The service is fast and friendly, I have been using this dry cleaners for about two years and have never had a complaint. They do alterations also and I have had many a jean shortened, it is nice that they will put the original hem back on. Actually my whole office staff uses them for dry cleaning uniforms as it is very close and quick!
