After going to a dentist office where they had my 5 year old screaming because she was scared, holding her down kicking and screaming and I was told only way to get ANY dental work done was to put her to sleep that even putting her in the straight jacket would probably not help. 24 hours later I decided to give someone else a chance at helping my scared child. Ron Hernandez was the dentist magician I prayed I would find. He got it done my daughter did NOT cry, was NOT given the gas to breathe to keep her calm, was NOT put under to sleep and was NOT given that special cocktail some dentists do to make kids sleep. He made a scared child that 24 hours ago swore not to ever see a dentist again into her quote «Mom I don’t ever want to go to any other dentist, I really like this place they are really nice.» She never felt the shot to numb her she was talked to and explained everything every step of the way. The staff that Ron has on his team did an amazing job too. I heard one of them singing to my daughter as they worked on her to make her feel better and to keep her occupied how cool is that? The icing on the cake is this office is a Delta Dental PPO in network dentist so I was very excited that I was able to find such a amazing dentist in delta dental PPO network.

I had a great relaxing experience here. They did a great job and I love the family feel there. My husband has also gone there and is really happy. They take your mouth x-​rays @ the same chair and it has less radiation than regular xrays. I love my goodie bag also. I finally found the right dentist for me and my family. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with a front tooth that was discolored from a root canal years ago. A friend referred me to Dr Hernandez and I went to check him out with a routine check up an expressed my concern about that tooth. We agreed on a crown and he was able to take care of it that day! It was kinda funny because when he was trying to match the color of the new crown to the rest of my teeth, he went above and beyond to take me outside to ensure my smile matches with indoor and outdoor lighting! He’s an amazing dentist that goes above and beyond and explains everything and made me feel comfortable. Which is super important when dealing with my mouth! !!

This place is a con. They ignore your pain and requests for professional dental work. They seem to drill and fill their pockets with your copay and insurance payments. If you need professional attention that will address your needs DO NOT GO TO RON HERNANDEZ DDS.
I mentioned wanting invisilne to correct a cross bite and a gap in my teeth that had become painful and was causing uneven wear on my first visit along with a short list of other painful needs that RON HERNANDEZ IGNORED. He did not even mention my orthodontic insurance coverage until he and his well trained staff of medical staffers had maxed out my insurance coverage for the year.
I was billed for unnecesary antibiotics for a recessed gum that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I paid out of pocket and when the treatment made no difference, Hernandez said «huh, I guess I didn’t need to do that»
I would never recommend this dentist to any friend or family member. I was ignored when I told Hernandez DDS I was in pain. His excuse was that he did not like to work on other dentist’s previous work. I have a lifetime of previous work in my mouth. I had to push to get him to replace Amalgam fillings from my mouth that are not only mercury the most toxic metal known to man that is not radioactive, but they were old and causing me pain due to my tooth being cracked. Hernandez had me come back only after I was still in intense pain due to swelling caused by the work he did on teeth that were in no need of attention. He had me come back to diagnose a cracked tooth in need of a possible root canal only after running up a 4000.00 maxing out my insurance.
Hernandez DDS ignored my as much as possible and wanted to dazzle me with lasers to find thin enamel. He drilled and filled teeth that I was not having any issues, and now those fillings cause me pain. The few teeth he treated at my request have since chipped and started to ache. I can only assume he used substandard materials since this is the shortest lived filling I have ever had.
I was billed upon completion of work for my copay and at the reception counter pulled out my wallet next to other regular patients complaining about how routine cleanings always seemed to suspiciously result in dental work despite proper dental hygiene on their part. Maybe this is just a coincidence.
I was once even called days after my visit, not to follow up with my treatment but to bill me again for a copay I paid in full at the end of my visit.
This is not a place people should put their trust in. Greed and incompetence the only services provided here. Don’t take my work for it. Go get ripped off for yourself.

As a kid I never liked going to the dentist, and then my mother scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hernandez. And I wasn’t afraid of the dentist anymore. He and his staff really professional and very friendly too. I never dread going to the dentist anymore, I actually look forward to it sometimes (:

I use to HATE going to the dentists. BUT I LOVE going here… Dr. Hernandez is so gentle. I was recommended by my boyfriend to go here and I will be recommending all my friends to go to. If you too hate going to the dentists I highly recommend trying this place first!

Dr. Hernandez and his staff are great. They are the friendliest people and I love going in and chatting with them as well as getting all my dental work done. I was surprised how high tech they were with everything and have had great experiences with them.

My son and I had a great experience with Dr. Hernandez and his staff. This was my son’s first time needing fillings. Dr. Hernandez made him feel completely comfortable to the point that he fell asleep in the chair… now that’s gentle dental care. I, unfortunately, needed to take a wisdom tooth out and as expected, Dr. Hernandez and his assistant made me feel so comfortable. They are all so personable and helpful. He even called after each of our appointments to make sure we were doing ok. That’s service. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hernandez for all of my dental needs. Thank you!

I just moved up from San Diego and needed a routine check-​up/​cleaning and one of my friends recommended Dr. Hernandez and he was amazing. I used to HATE going to the dentist b/​c they were always so cold and unwelcoming but Dr. Hernandez and his staff, Vivien and Jackie, were soo accommodating and AFFORDABLE.
They are located in a small medical plaza in Fremont, right off of Parkside drive.
My experience began with a smile and ended with an even brighter and whiter (and wider) smile. Honestly, just give them a call and I guarantee you will have a great experience.

Dr. Hernandez was my dentist for a year and everythin was going well until my last visit, when he prescribed a medication I am very allergic to and that was clearly noted in my file at his office.
I think this lack of care for patients is unacceptable. I could have spent weeks at the hospital due to his careless attention.

Great place to visit for those who had not so well experiences with other dentists. His staff was friendly and so was Dr. Ron. Not only did Dr. Ron help me with my cavity fillings, he fixed my chipped teeth as well! You cannot even tell I had those teeth fixed! If you want a family-​oriented place with great service, visit Dr. Ron and his staff!

He is my favorite Doctor. He showed me his technique on how he confuses the gums so I won’t feel the anesthesia. I was amazed! He has a great staff as well. I feel at home when I have my appointments. They know my whole family by name and always greet us with smiles. He even has movies for you to watch while he’s working on your teeth!
The friends and family members that I’ve recommended him to are all very satisfied with his work. My mother recently had her tooth implants done and she constantly compliments Dr. Hernandez about the comfort and convenience they bring.

Ron Hernandez is a real professional in this field. He helps his patients overcome their fears through consultations and good humor. Out of all the dentists i had in the past, he defines «complete patient satisfaction» for all his patients.

Dr. Hernandez was very friendly and gently especially with giving the shots it didn’t hurt as much! He is also very family oriented. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I never have to wait they are always ready! I never felt pressured into any dental treatment like some other dental office I have been to. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would like a GREAT dental experience.
