My front door knob’s dead latch was jammed and I couldn’t enter or exit my residence. I called on a Saturday afternoon and left a message. Jim called me back less than 10 minutes later and arrived within an hour. Less than 15 minutes later, he was able to remove the dead latch, and install the new door knob and lock I had purchased.
Excellent service! Sakane would definitely be my first call again.

They have a lot of key blanks and although the office is a mess she always finds the right one and cuts me my keys right away. Good to have a key shop right round the corner from my car lot…

sakane was suggested by my HOA. The first call I talked to someone and let them know I was referred to Sakane by my HOA. They took my information and said they would get back to me. 2 days later I still have not heard back from them. I called back and left a message. It’s 3 days later and still no word from them. I asked around for another locksmith from my neighbors and got another company’s name. Within 5 minutes I have an appointment setup to have my deadbolt installed. If Sakane responded to me they may have a customer and a good review but how can I give them a good review when they don’t return my calls??? I guess they didn’t need my money.

The company I work for has used Sakane quite a lot through the years and they never disappoint. Jim and Kathleen are super-​friendly and professional when it comes to our dozen orders of keys or changing a new lock. Whether its something big like an emergency due to a jammed lock or as small as requiring a copy of a key, they give us the best of serivce. I tried other key and lock places around Fremont, but Sakane is definitely the best around. I highly recommend them.
