Why isn’t there an option for a negative star review? I have nothing against the place other than the dick security guards. Having the back end of your car sticking 4 inches out of the driveway gets you a «warning». Whatever makes these fake ass rent-​a-​cops think they can stick a HUGE warning sticker on a window that doesn’t come off is beyond me. An official piece of paper under the windshield wipers is more than adequate. You don’t pay on the car so don’t destroy someone else’s property you deadbeats! Get a real job you loser ass security guards!

This place is a dump. The park managers pick on the tenants in the old homes and look for reasons to evict them… even going so far as to physically change lot lines so your home is not compliant. If you are considering buying one of their new homes get a licensed contractor to check it out first. They use substandard materials and the homes are put together poorly. We looked at a double wide that had one side higher than the other because the lot was uneven. Another tenant had his house completely flood out because of the poor plumbing. There’s a lot of drug dealing in this park and even a sex offender. Homeless people take baths in the spa *ewe*
