I absolutely LOVE Dr. Prasad. She has been great to me for years. She listens to you, not just as your doctor but human to human. She cares for your concerns. She takes her time to explain. She follows up with you when needed. Her staff is amazing as well. If you have any basic female health questions a lot of times the staff can help you or have a nurse call you back (this helps when you can’t find time in your schedule to make an appointment).
Best part, my appointments are always on time! A 10am appointment means a 10am appointment. Little waiting around.

Skip her if possible. There are better Dr’s in the group. She lacks compassion toward her patients.
I’ll not see her again.

In my experience… she is extremely Rude, very much reserved personality. Not interested in answering patients questions.

I am a 61 year old woman and had a very positive experience with Dr. Prasad. I had 2 abnormal PAP results, over a year apart (the first one in Chicago not here). She recommended a LEEP procedure, which showed more abnormal cells. Without alarming me, she recommended a cone biopsy ASAP. She also did that procedure, and it went well. She answers all your questions and goes over everything, but it is important to do your own research, especially with procedures that are new to you. Ask questions if you have concerns. That goes for any doctor, they are professionals, not your parent or your babysitter. I have had 3 children and at least 5 different OBGYNs over the years. She is one of the best I have had.

She is very welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me comfortable before my exam. She answered all my questions and checked with me if i am satisfied.

Pls pls pls don’t ever try this doctor. My wife is struggling since a week, we have been to ER 3 times, I spent 3 nights. Still this doctor did not get time. I am telling this doctor works only for money. She has fake review from her friend and relatives.
Now I am going to see a doctor in PAMF I hope everything will go fine.

I don’t know about the other patient’s experiences, but I had a great one with Dr. Prasad. She is knowledgeable, funny and straight to the point. This is my second child and Dr. Prasad still went over everything with me as if I was a first time mom. She’s attentive and very caring on my visits with her. I would recommend her to my friends and family with no hesitation. Not to mention her medical assistant Nicole is super friendly and nice. I don’t think that girl ever has a bad day and if she did she’s very good at keeping it in check and being a professional for her patients!

Horrible bedside manner, very rude. My doctor was Dr. Calhoun, who is wonderful by the way and once when she was unavailable I had to take an appointment with this woman. I prayed to god that she wouldn’t deliver my baby, and thankfully she didn’t!
Advice to you Dr. Sudeepthi: Treat your patients with respect. Pregnant woman who come to you are sometimes nervous, worried or concerned about their pregnancy and may have questions for you, please show some compassion. Your had a very rude manner and the exam you gave me was uncomfortable. I felt more upset and uncomfortable after seeing you.

Dr. Prasad confirmed my «ectopic pregnancy» with Dr. McDonald when I came pregnant 4 weeks with pain in right low quarter of the body. She assures me that I need a surgery, because they saw heartbit in the right fallopian tube, but on my question what is in the middle of my uterus, she answered that it was fluid (I knew it was my baby) and was in one «team» with Dr. McDonald who confirmed it. Two Gynecologists saw the same picture… after that I arrived to the emergency, crying and disappointed (I had a miscarriage 6 months ago). In the emergency room they began to prepare me for surgery. I DIDN’t believe the results and asked to do 2-​nd ultrasound, in emergency department. The ultrasound showed NO ectopic pregnancy, just normal pregnancy. I AVOIDED THE SURGERY and saved my baby, because after the surgery on ectopic pregnancy they usually do DNC.

Does not have the courtesy. they have a lot of communication gap. takes forever to get to the doctor. we had an appointment Front Desk did cancel the request due to their internal communication issue and doctor needs to fix this if she needs to have patients. otherwise let her close the cliniq. Patients should not suffer. i would not recommend thsi doctor to anyone. there are plenty in Fremont.

I transferred to Dr Prasad from another practice nearly 2 years ago. I have had a history of gyn issues in the past, fortunately under Dr Prasad’s care, my health and quality of life have improved tremendously. I have had an in-​patient surgery performed on me by Dr Prasad and her pre & post operation care has been absolutely great, she took the time to explain to me all the details of what to expect and that really made me feel comfortable, in addition she followed-​up with me on my progress regularly (still continues to do so) while guiding me through my condition.

I was a patient of Stacie Barrie and had to see this dr on rotation.
Thankfully Dr Barrie delivered my son and I didn’t have to dela with this useless so called doctor.

The worst staff ever … Unless you have patience and time to sit and wait for the appointment and you’ll hear tons of reasons why the delay is. We waited without hope for an hour and still no show. How can I trust my wife’s health with someone who cannot respect her time.
Dr Prasad is okay. nothing special nor negative.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Prasad. I was originally Dr. Barrie’s patient but got to see Dr. Prasad few times. She was good, professional, and helpful. One time when I was feeling a bit blue, they just called me in right away and Dr. Prasad talked to me till I felt better. She is knowledgeable and professional and cares for her patients.

She has some attitude issues, not so straight forward to converse, i am still trying her out, will see ho it goes. My first impression was not so good.

my husband & I have known dr. Prasad for 4 months now and have had a good experience with her. The reason we chose her as our doc during my pregnancy was because she is from the same city as us in India. We found her to be very professional rather than friendly. I wouldnt say this is wrong though. She takes care of her part of the resposibility very well so we are ok to maintain the professional relationship. She talks about everything that you need to know and also gives enough information about everything you ask. So we have had no problem with her. If you really want someone to show out lot of care and soothen you calm you etc, then you would want to consider others. She is perfect if you just expect a good professional consultation.

I will highly recommend her. From the beginning, she was kind and upfront. She remained honest and to the point. She doesn’t rush and spend time with you.
She really guided us through the difficult patches and ultimately at the delivery, she took an effort to come and deliver my baby even though she was not on a call. There were so many instances that happen during my delivery that had any other doctor was there, he or she would have done C-​section, but Dr prasad kept monitoring me and my baby and I delivered a child through normal delivery.

I am originally Dr. Barries patient, but there were a few nights where I had to call in the middle of the night and It was Dr. Prasad who was on call. She is very nice, and instructed me to go in to get followed up since i was very uncomfortable with mild contractions and severe nausea and LS episodes, all signs of early labor, but I never experienced any of these before since I was induced with my first child. I went in and was sent home as my contractions were not consistent enough.
A week later, I called again, this time at almost 3 in the morning. Dr. Prasad told me to just monitor it through the night and if it gets worst to come in. The next day, she called me to ask me to come in since i kept having LS episodes, so she wanted to make sure the baby wasn’t dehydrated. My husband and I went in, she did the routine check up, and ask me to go into another room to get an ultrasound. Turns out my baby was breech!!! who would of thought after almost being term, my baby didnt turn completely. But what got me the most was why didnt the other doctors spot this before? theres no way the baby could of turned within one week back to the breech position, there really wanst anymore room inside me for her to move!
Anyway, after being told my baby was breech and I was already dilated 4−5cm, she couldnt send me home. being worried that if I had my daughter and i went into active labor– i would have to drive her back to my moms house and then go to the hospital– that would put me in a very dangerous situation for me and the baby. So she sent me to the hospital for a C-​section right away.
The process went by very fast, i saw her around 3 ish, and by 4 – 415 i was already in the OR room! The procedure was quick. And she did a good job stitching me up. But we’ll see how it turns out after the whole healing process.

I would not give Dr. Prasad any stars if it were possible. I went to her originally for a routine pap smear (I’m 25yrs old) and was called back in to have a colposcopy done (small biopsy) because I had an abnormal pap (HPV). After having the biopsy done she said the cells were irregular but to come back in 6months and have another Pap to see if the cells changed. I called the office to make an appt six months later to make my appointment. When I came in I undressed and waited in the exam room for a half hour when finally Dr. Prasad came in and said I was supposed to have another biopsy not a pap smear. Its scary enough having HPV and having biopsy’s, but I wasn’t prepared to have another done that day. You have to prepare ahead of time for cramping and bleeding and you must abstain from sex or using tampons for about a month.
Dr. Prasad was really rude and said It was my fault that I made the wrong appointment and I should have been paying more attention to my medical care and not depending on the office to schedule the correct appointment for me. I decided to just have the biopsy’s done that day since I was already there.
Dr. Prasad’d medical assistant (Tabatha) then came in and assisted me to another room for the procedure to be set up. Tabatha then asked me questions regarding my HPV diagnosis and asked why I had never been Dx with HPV before and I have been only with one partner in the last 3 years with my husband. She proceed to tell me that it’s probably because my husband cheated on me that I contracted the HPV because otherwise it would have shown up before. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I knew it was not medically correct or appropriate for her to say something like this but it still hurt.
I informed Dr. Prasad of what her assistant said and she agreed with me that it was not appropriate but didn’t seem to do anything.
A week later I met with the Dr. to review my biopsy results and she said I had to do a Leep Procedure (larger biopsy) because my cells are precancerous and high grade. She was very sterile about the explanation and unemphatic. I decided to get my medical records and go somewhere else for a second opinion (Women’s health specialists: AWESOME!!!)
After meeting with the other Dr, he was incredibly kind and empathetic and explained the Leep Procedure and I felt way more comfortable. He also noticed that Dr. Prasad had read my lab results of my biopsy incorrectly and he had to get them redone. She didn’t even notice this!!! I would not recommend anyone going to see her. I’m so glad I found someone else because dealing with this kind of stuff is scary for a woman to deal with.
