Just a little after we got our master bathroom remodeled, I noticed a water stain above our master bathroom sink has developed. I, immediately, searched for a roofer fearing that we might need new shingles, major repair or a new roof. I called several roofers with good reviews on this website and left messages. Ron Lopez was the only one that got back to me the following day and was able to come out and take a look at the issue that same afternoon. Being a homeowner, who’s replaced water heaters, garage door, etc., I was fearing the worst. Ron Lopez is very honest and told us that during our bathroom remodel, the person who went up to our attic moved or bumped one of the pipes that caused the pipe on top of the roof to move as well since it’s all connected. This left a gap on top of our roof which caused the moisture to develop on our ceiling. He went ahead and did what was needed to keep the hole closed. Whew!!! Ron did the job right away and even showed us how to remove the stain on the ceiling of our new master bath. I, highly, recommend this company. He is reliable and honest. He showed up on the time he said that he will be there and didn’t charge us an exuberant price for the repair. I definitely kept his card and will call him if anymore issue arises.

Ron Lopez was quick to respond, was extremely communicative and did the work as promised. Our gutters were clogged so he cleaned them, and showed us an extra spot on the roof that needed to be repaired. He took detailed pictures to help us understand the issues. His pricing was reasonable, and his overall demeanor was calm, respectful and professional. And, he was always very quick to respond to texts. From the moment he showed up, he came across as someone who could be trusted with the work. It’s rained again since he worked but so far, no more leaks. We’ll be sure to call him again when we are thinking about a new roof!

As good as it gets on all fronts. Ron and crew did a great job at a fantastic price. Friendly, no pressure, honest and professional service throughout the entire job. This was a full tear-​off and redo on a ranch-​style home with addition done by the previous owner. The cricket between the addition and original had serious issues. Garage roof had also dropped a few inches. Ron’s crew repaired the cricket, corrected drainage and dry rot issues, removed obsolete/​ugly vents, jacked up and re-​secured the garage roof, shingled, and replaced the gutters in just 3 days. No complaints about clean-​up and the roof looks great. He also had a good rapport with city inspectors, who obviously knew and trusted his work, and he gave me referrals for great heating/​air and paint guys. My highest recommendation! Ron repaired ridge tiles and a few other things on my roof and put in a sun roof in a very dark hall. He did a great job. This was several years ago and the work has held up well. He’s friendly and food to work with. Thumbs up!

We had our patio roof blow off our 1907 house during a really bad storm. Ron was there two days later to fix it up. It was a small job, but he didn’t act like it – he took great care in his work and put an excellent composite roof on for us. He even patched and repaired some dry rot we were not aware was under the roof – glad he found it, because we could have been in more serious trouble later down the road.
