Ah, Terra State. My home for my final two years of high school. The many fond memories… the many painful ones… the people… the professors… What an experience. I completed 65 credit hours here while in my last two years of high school. All of the credits transferred to the University of Toledo; although, my program(pharmacy) did not accept all of them. Oh well. It was great to gain college experience while in high school and interact at a college-level with others instead of dealing with high school drama. I’m really glad I had this chance and recommend it to any who also find themselves in a similar situation. The buildings are a bit antiquated, but they serve their purpose. The faculty are very knowledgable, most having their Ph.D.‘s. The campus has really come a long way since I started. The outreach within the community is present as well as a nice music program headed up by some talented musicians. I played in the Brass Choir while I was there and had the chance to perform at many venues in Northwest Ohio. I recommend this to anyone in high school looking for college credit, anyone who recently graduated looking to save money, or anyone beyond the intial days of education who are just looking to come back to school again.
