Joeseph is very helpful.
I reccomend going to him first, and if he’s busy I would wait for him or come back later when he is availble. He is the most helpful when purchasing frames here.
He helps you a wether you have insurance or not.
Frame selection if pretty big here too like ray bans
Other than that this place is pretty top notch!

I paid a visit to get a new pair of reading glasses and I fell in love with a similar frame from my old one. I purchased the Vera Wang reading glasses and picked it up the very next morning at 11:30am. I always ask for Amanda because she’s really attentive and patient when it comes to satisfying my wants/​needs. Thank you for the great customer service and fast turn around. I could always depend on Amanda and her team for anything :).
I will definitely come back in the near future to get my eyes checked or purchase new shades/​reading glasses.

Super convenient! Super helpful! Called at 3:00pm to make an appointment, got in at 4:00, and received most excellent service from Amanda. Dr Zhou gave me a thorough exam, Amanda worked with me to find the perfect glasses – she has such good taste and an eye for what’s attractive! I was out the door by 5:00 and picked up my glasses by the close of business. Very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend this eyewear store.

I would give a five plus rating for my visit, Joseph and Amanda were so nice to help me out. I stepped in the store after my bag was stolen, including my glasses. I was traveling to California at that time and in a hurry to the south. What I had with me was only a pair of 1-​day contacts for the remaining 5-​day trip. In ten minutes, they gave me a pair of two-​week contacts and travel size solution for free. That really helps me a lot!!!

Awesome service by Joseph and Amanda. They gave us good discount on top of insurance. They are also helpful in picking up the good suitable frame for me and for my husband. Good collection of frames from various brands. Very satisfied.

It’s been 3 years since my last eye exam so it was a long time overdue for me. New to the area and unsure of where to go I found these guys through good ol’ Unilocal!And thank goodness I did! Amanda is wonderful, very attentive and thorough. The office is very nicely laid out, clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ling Zhou was very informative! She answered all of my questions and I felt like I was in good hands.
There is a great selection of eye glasses here and Amanda is a HUGE help! I am a very indecisive person when it comes to things like this and she helped me pick some frames that looked great on me!
Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and will be coming back. Friendly, affordable, informative, and some nice discounts! Definitely recommend. :)

It was great we were looking prescription classes and walked in view store meet with Amanda she is so nice give us a very good deal I want to come back if I need it.

I came to this office today, Amanda was very very helpful. This is my second time visiting this office. Both times they were professional, honest and worked with me and my family.
I came here to get myself glasses and the prescription worked perfectly for me. Today I’m bringing my daughter and again they are giving me a great deal on glasses for her. The independent dr. That works there is very professional.

Seems like most of the good reviews must be from the same group of friends’s owners to bump up this business. I am providing my honest review. I have no connection with them or whatsoever.
All that I can say is that even I do have an appointment. I had to wait, then the lady make me wait longer, because she was answering every incoming phone call.
I end up ruining out from this place

Wow!!! This place is AMAZING. I was greeted warmly and was assisted promptly. Amanda was extremely helpful. I’m so indecisive about how frames look on me and Amanda was so proactive about the selection process. We walked around the store and she helped me select ones that were on my list but also gave me great feedback. It was such an easy process compared to past experiences.
The entire process was seamlessly easy. The doctor was so friendly and felt very comfortable asking her questions. Amanda also gave me a clear and concise explanation about insurance and how it worked at the store. It was great.
Overall AMAZING experience and strongly recommend it.

I usually get my glasses from Costco Optical, who have a really good selection of designer frames. However, after repeated visits to them, I saw they no longer had the one I wanted in stock in the color I desired.
After some quick searching on Unilocal,this place stood out to me.
It was a positive experience from start to finish. The eye doctor was gentle and took time to explain what she was doing. Amanda was very patient and efficient with choosing various styles of frames (of which there are many!) while listening to my preferences.
In the end, I ended up with a lovely pair in a color and style I’ve never had before. I figured that since it’s a new year, why not go for a new look!
All told, my glasses took about 5 days to come.
Note: if you have VSP, you should check them out. In the end, I ended up getting frames, lenses and treatments for the lenses for about the price of the frame. Also, they allowed me to combine it with the discount for checking in on Unilocal

This is really nice place. I broke my glasses in a fall and they got me in right away. Rechecked my eyes, ordered new glasses and straightened the bad ones enough to get me through until they come in.
I wanted to go really different and Amanda helped me pick a great pair of glasses that actually worked for me

Amanda helped my sister and I pick frames which made the whole experience less daunting. She helped us narrow down what styles we wanted and worked with us individually. She was also very patient as we spent around 1.5 hours being indecisive.
Insurance and payment were also very straightforward. They also ship the glasses for free if you aren’t able to pick up in person.
Love the selection the store offers.
I would come back for my next pair of glasses.

Solely for the fact that they helped me out when my niece dumped a contact down the drain the day before I had to fly out. I had my home optometrist fax them my script, and they called proactively to tell me about ordering cut-​off times and details before I even went in. Amazing. When I explained my situation and tried to buy a spare contact, she asked how old my current pair was (good due diligence and care!) and handed me two for free. Thanks!
