Visual Image Salon

I’ve taken a hiatus from Visual Image Salon but now am back.
I saw Jr. stylist Stephanie on Wednesday evening after going about a year without a haircut. She listened to what I wanted and went over it several times, especially the part about previous haircuts I’ve received in the past from other places that really was not flattering for my hair type (see below for description of my hair type). I think it also helped that she described her hair as being the same type as mine.
She cut off about 5−6″ all around and gave me layers and helped thin out my thick hair. My hair was down to my waist before she cut it and literally looked like mermaid hair.
She went over her work numerous times and gave me a fantastic blow out that lasted a few days. Once I washed it, I was nervous to see how my natural hair would react after the products and post salon love washed away. I let it air dry with a bit of Bumble and Bumble curl cream and holy smokes! My hair was utter perfection!
I was so impressed and happy that she listened to what I wanted AND delivered! My hair looks fantastic blown out and in its natural state.
