I’ve rented a unit here for over six years, and I’ve never had any problems! Bonnie and her staff have always been very pleasant! And the prices are competitive with others in the area! They provide access to your unit 365 days a year! (Even Hollidays) «And they don’t try to sell you insurance that you might not need!» This place has a great location near I-​5. And also has boat and RV storage. You can’t go wrong in choosing them for your storage needs!

I stored stuff here for about 4 months. I checked around and found this place easy to get to and accessible during normal hours.
The lady at the office told me about their move in special (½ off first 3 months). Some of the places that I checked for pricing purposes didn’t tell me about any specials until I queried them about it but Storage Max was upfront about offering a deal I found their prices substantially lower than other storage places in the area.
I got a tour of available units (clean and secure) and the security system explained plus a FREE heavy duty LOCK for my unit. There were no BS Administration charges like some other storage places like to nick you for.
People were always friendly when I paid my bill. You can even pay it over the phone with your visa/​MC cards if you don’ plan to visit. The few times I went there during my stay were uneventful — as they should be. I always felt my stuff was safe and secure.
5 star experience in my book.

We went over the weekend to get a storage space for our new RV. Lucky for us, they had 2 spots available and one was a pull-​through spot. The person in the office was very friendly and helpful and had someone take us out in the golf cart so we could actually see the spots that were available.
Prices are decent (we’re paying $ 75 a month) but I’d pay more if I had to just because of the convenience of the location. This is close to our house and close to the freeway and they have excellent security. According to them, they have had only one break-​in in 5 years and it was some idiot that broke into the storage space next to his and they caught it all on camera! What a dumb ass. They have cameras everywhere and they have infrared sensors on all of the perimeter fences. We need to get those for our house =)
