A pretty decent flower shop, but not the best as far as the Union Tpke & Utopia Pkwy area goes. I usually come here for last-minute arrangements when I know the other shops are closed, and they’ve been pretty moderate. However, I did not have a good experience the day before Mother’s Day. I was helped by a teenage boy, who seemed like he knew what he was doing, so I trusted him. After contemplating for a while on what to get, I decided to get two dozens of roses, for three smaller bouquets(8 roses per bouquet). One dozen was white and the other one was yellow with pink edges. The boy quickly removed the thorns with a knife, missing a lot of spots. Most of the roses’ petals were old. The outside petals were shriveling or turning brown. I understand that you just rip off the outside layer, but it doesn’t look great after doing that to almost all of the roses. I’m very keen on these details, and I wish I noticed earlier. He wrapped the bouquets with the clear plastic very messily as well. He seemed to not care about what he was doing… He looked annoyed and tired, while talking to his friend that was standing there the whole time. My boyfriend went back to complain(5 minutes after leaving) about how most of the roses didn’t look fresh and how the whole thing just looked messy, but all the boy said was, «I can’t change them because I already cut them» and continued to add tissue paper on the bottom of the bouquets to make the presentation look nicer. Eh, understandable for a grade schooler, but not acceptable if you’re working for a flower shop. What did I do for the next 20 minutes? Sat in the car while I took everything apart. I made my own small bouquets that were actually visually appealing. I wrapped it nicely with the clear plastic NEATLY with the tissue paper around the whole thing, and not just the bottom. Made me feel like I should have my own flower shop instead, no offense. Oh, how I WISH I took before and after pics! #regrets The owner was there the whole time, didn’t notice the situation at all, but seemed really busy. Leaving two stars behind because I know he works hard.

This is my second time ordering from Bosmat Florists. I live in Minneapolis and placed last minute orders over the phone. The owner was very accommodating and offered to send me a photo of the arrangement before delivery. She also sent me a screen shot of the receipt. The recipient of the flowers was very pleased each time and the prices are reasonable. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Product — 5 stars — bought a bouquet of roses, they were fresh, long stem, and priced at $ 20 Service — 2 stars — the owner/manager did not bother to greet me or offer help in selecting a product. Although she was busy helping another customer, a simple«hello, I’ll be right with you» would’ve enhanced my experience at the store. Update on Service — the proprietor of Bosmat flowers reached out to me and was very willing to help make my next experience positive, this shows that Bosmat does care about its customers experiences and is willing to improve impressions. I will visit Bosmat Flowers sometime in the future and will write a full update when that time comes. Overall — Fresh flowers at a good value

I’m telling you Bosmot florist is the only place to shop for your flower needs! Incredibly friendly and reasonable prices. I especially like how they don’t get all bent out of shape when you try to customize a bouquet instead of just making you buy the ones already assembled. I’ll never go anywhere else for my flowers. 5 stars all the way!

I live in Crown Heights. Bosmat Flowers comes and sets up a stand in my neighborhood on Kingston Ave every Friday and before every Jewish holiday. The flowers they sell are exquisite. And the prices are unbelievably fair for the quality. I go and photograph their flowers almost every Friday. They are absolutely beautiful. And I see that they treat their customers with courtesy and care. And they have been quite friendly towards me also.

Terrible! Unprofessional! I just walked in earlier and there is a group of eight teenagers cursing and bad mouthing customers. I guess one of the kids works in there and it has turned into a hang out. They are intimidating people walking by and messed up my order. Completely unprofessional and the manager is nowhere to be found. I will never go back again! These kids should wash their mouth out cursing like that in a flower shop!

10% off coupon w. $ 25 purchase when you check-in on Unilocal! I was looking for a local florist to pick up some flowers before an event later that evening and stumbled across bosmat flowers. They are usually made to order but you can drop by and pick out flowers if need be. I ended up getting a few orchids and luckily they arrived just that morning so they were fresh and ready to go. The owner was even nice enough to wrap the orchids into separate bouquets as I requested with no hesitation.

I’ve never shopped here myself, and never intend to. My son chose this florist due to its convenience to the house. He purchased flowers for me for mothers day. If the flowers were fresh they it would have been an outstanding bouquet. Unfortunately, that was Sunday, today is Wednesday and the bouquet of flowers are sitting on my table all wilted already. It was a large bunch of roses and 3 calla lilies. I had to throw one of them away as soon as he gave it to me because it was dead. And the other 2 were half dying. All roses wilted by the next day. I don’t have the heart to dispose of it because my son would be dsappointed He is seventeen and didn’t know better, but I expect a florist would not sell junk like this You would think he picked this up at the local supermarket.

This is my go to florist. This is a family operated business and the owner and his wife are very nice, fair, genuine people. I get floral arrangements done here for every special occasion. I always tell then how much I want to spend, what I like, what the occasion is and they create the perfect bouquet. I can call ahead and it would be waiting for me to pick up. The way they package their arrangements is very unique. Everything about this place is worth every penny.

Skip 800-flowers & better than Great service, fresh flowers… if you have a budget — tell them & they’ll give you options… Of course the bouquet in the $ 40-$ 50 range always look more impressive. They picture text the bouquet for me & it was even better than what I had expected– she kept her promise! You can’t go wrong ordering from here, it’s definitely worth the call & faster than ordering online — besides it’s important to support small businesses especially when they care to give such special attention to their customers.
