First time online customer, spazzing around on Google looking for some equipment, found a link to idjnow and made a purchase inside of 15 minutes. Easy.
OK now, so two things:
1) Customer service here is ridiculous. I mean ridiculous. Not only did I ask them to send something to me overnight at 3pm in the afternoon, but I went ahead and asked them to price match another web site. They price matched and then some (another 4% off) AND arranged for overnight shipment
2) Customer service here is ridiculous*
* In a very, very good way!

Latest update – they got back to me told me what had happened and I am happy with the resolution gave this time 4 stars due to warehouse issues that should be fixed otherwise 5 Thank you IdjNow — -…HORRIBLE I gave 2 stars only because my first time shipment from them was good. This time the WORST. I ordered a DJ controller/​mixer unit BRAND NEW when they had their Black Friday sale. I noticed there was a Open Box unit for cheaper, but I went ahead and got the NEW (or so I though) unit for 20% off. WELL, I got the OPEN BOX unit and paid more than they were selling it for. REALLY? I have already reached out to them and let’s see what happens. BUT I am done! It’s going back.

Great place to buy and demo dj equipment. The staff is knowledgable and its convient to park. Get on their mailing list time to time thay have instore events.

Stopped in randomly one day after seeing IDJnow off the Long Island Expressway.
Came in and chopped it up with Rich and Mike, who were really nice and knowledgeable. Talked shop about whats going on in the music/​DJ scene. Definitely a cool and laid back atmosphere, not sketchy or douchey.
It was like being in a candy shop. They have pretty much have all your DJ needs in stock, from lighting supplies to cases, headphones, controllers, mixers, and turntables. You can also demo certain models in the store. My beau had an impromptu one-​hour skratch session with RIch, the store manager, and it was cool and fun to watch.
We bought some tees and they hooked it up with an additional one. Nice!
Definitely stopping by to show love next time we’re in QB. Keep up the good work guys!

IDJNOW has been Awesome. Victor T is our contact and has always treated us right.
The staff has helped answer all our questions (and sometimes we have many) about products. Victor has researched items for us as well. Shipping is fast we get our gear next day 99% of the time. (we are in MA) highly recommend IDJNOW .

Took the long drive up to queens from South Brooklyn to buy a set of EV Live X speakers, and I’m pleased to say it was well worth while. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the guy that served me worked out a great discount for me with no attitude; also giving great advice aswell. I even got help loading up my small car! They don’t hassle you if you just want to browse for ages and want to take your time over a big purchase. I would definitely return for all my DJ needs… great job guys!
