There are many things I’d like to cover, but the topic of most importance would have to be the quality of the pizza. Over all it’s just a basic pizza no matter how you get it, but on multiple occasions I’ve almost ingested hair that«cooked into» the pizza. So much so that I believe that if I take into account the times that I’ve eaten their pizza there have to of been some that have gone undetected. Just be cautious of who is constructing your pizza, maybe you can solve this issue by finding the culprit or culprits.

I love their baked ziti slice and the penne alla vodka is to die for! I have been coming here for years. The very first times I have been here the workers were so nice and down to earth. Now, they’re rude! Especially a few of the girls who give you attitude and seem to hate their job. I don’t care how great your food is but at least don’t be rude to your customers. And, their prices have changed. Quite expensive for one slice now… $ 4.50 for one baked ziti slice… madness.

This place is really good the pizza is amazing!!! Pies are amazing!!! And there service is amazing but the reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because the pizza slices are a little bit pricey I can by the same slices around fresh Meadows for $ 1 to 50 cents cheaper but, I really do recommend this place

I’ve been coming here since I can remember. As far as it’s convenience and taste, it’ll pass. The kids that work there are pretty nice. However, Napoli’s is so useless when it comes to returns when they mess up on their part. On separate occasions I have asked very nicely to exchange my slice or have money back and Ronni(the manager) will sit there and argue with me about how there’s nothing wrong with it. Even one time when I found a hair he said it was mine! It’s also overpriced the only thing I will vouch for is their lunch specials because it’s fresh and worth it. They need improvement on customer service but I’m sure they don’t care because they will always make money due to their location & longevity.

Their food is really good. They make the BEST buffalo wings I have ever eaten, and I’ve tried buffalo wings everywhere from hooter’s, buffalo wild wings, wing spot, authentic italian spots, you name it. RECOMMENDATIONS Buffalo Wings Penne a la vodka with breaded or grilled chicken Chicken Roll Linguini with clam sauce Chicken francaise with spaghetti or linguini Pizza is pretty good too, as it has a bit of a sweet sensation to it with every bite(something different aside from all the other pizza spots)

It is good as far as being the local pizzeria. It’s clean and the owner is very friendly. The part-time staff are teenagers who couldn’t care less if they got your order wrong, which they do, constantly. Sometimes we get a burnt pie. It’s very inconsistent quality. Their Caesar salad is delicious and very generous in proportions. Not my favorite pizza but it will do for the convenience of having it nearby.

I live 10 mins away from this pizza shop and I’m always here! They are nice enough to deliver to my house being that is not close to their area! They never disappoint!!! The staff is always nice and even my nephews love eating here.

I grew up with this place being one of the few places that I get pizza. And to be perfectly honest, I almost never eat in, so I can’t really say too much about how it feels to be eating there. I did notice that this place is pretty weird with its sizing of the pizza. On the one hand, I definitely don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. I have gotten slice of pizza for a single dollar, and over here, they charge about 2.50, give or take a couple of cents. On the other hand, the pizzas are much bigger than I normally see. If they were equal in quality with the dollar slices from other areas, I’d say either would work, and if you’re feeling hungry, you don’t lose much by going here. However, they aren’t equal in quality. One thing that really puts me off about the slices, regardless of taste, is the absolute excess of orange grease there is, especially if you eat the pizza by folding it. If you really hate it, you have to order a special slice, which of course costs more. And frankly, although I personally like the taste, having that excess grease is such a big hindrance to how appealing the pizza can be, and it does cause a noticeable difference in taste, making the taste less consistent every time you go there. Aside from that, I generally try the chicken wrap and the chicken parmigiana, along with spaghetti. The chicken wrap is pretty good, though the onions are especially strong for me, and I love the chicken parm. But the spaghetti has been taking a bigger and bigger dip in quality, so tread carefully. The one recommendation I will make is the Chicken Alla Vodka pizza pies. Those things are beautiful, taste amazing, and even if the gross grease is there, it’s nowhere near as noticeable thanks to the different sauce they use(though I’d still try fixing that whole grease situation, but that’s just my opinion from there on in). Had they not have this amazing pizza, I’d probably give it the three stars instead of the four. Overall, I can’t say too much concerning if eating there is a good idea(my parents seemed to like it though), but if you’re willing to try something, I’d suggest Napoli’s.

I’ve tried about every different type of slice this pizzeria offers. Each one is more sub-par than the next. I don’t know what it is about their pizza that just doesn’t taste right. I guess I’m spoiled from that Brooklyn pizza. $ 2.35 for a plain slice is kinda expensive for crappy quality ingredients. On a positive note the slices are huge. One slice alone satisfies me. Also everyone is friendly and fast.

Grandma slice and the buffalo chicken slice! I only order them when they’re fresh! Yummmmm! I always come here when I’m craving NY style pizza!!! I love the older gentleman that works here as you can tell he’s really passionate about his food. However, sometimes the cashiers can be a bit rude(which really does a lot of harm to this business).

Try their Grandma slice and Papa Joe slice. You won’t be disappointed! One of each and I am stuffed. The rest of the pizza is pretty good as well. I haven’t tried any of the other food, but, apparently, everything is good here. Service is just fine and pretty quick — could use a touch of friendliness though! The guy, who I assume is the owner, is nice and often greets us. I love coming here on a Sunday after softball in Fresh Meadows. Though the place is not huge, we always get seats.

Napoli has changed. I used to be hooked to there pizza but these past few months I don’t know what they have done. It’s not the same. The service on the other hand is excellent. The owner is always there and is very funny. The guys that work there are always joking around which I find great. they look happy. I just wish they would undo whatever they have done and bring back the old recipe

I must admit to a weakness for Sicilian pizza. Not every time out but every once in a while it is the only slice that will satisfy me. What I need from Sicilian is a big, sloppy, saucy slice with too much of everything but just enough for the glutton I am when I crave Sicilian. The Sicilian here meets my criteria better than the overall better pizza places around that usually are on the dry and light side.

Not even close to the top 5 in the Flushing area. Valentino’s just a few block away blows this place out of the water. The plain slices are really thin with cheap cheese that creates a bunch of orange grease everywhere where the sauce should actually be, but isn’t. The white slices are actually ok, that is probably the only thing I would eat here aside from the pasta and heroes.
